I went to this restaurant for an early dinner around 5 PM last week. We were seated within 10 minutes, although the restaurant was entirely empty. The wait staff moves extremely slow and has no care in the world to know if you’re in a rush or want to have your food within a decent time of ordering. When being escorted to my table, they felt it was more important to ask if I’ve been to their restaurant before, rather than ensuring the table and chairs were cleaned prior to seating me. It took around eight minutes for the waitress to come to greet my spouse and I. My spouse ordered the New York strip with a side of loaded mashed potatoes, and I ordered the half rack ribs with mac & cheese and Caesar salad. The mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting and they should feel ashamed to even service it and have an UPCHARGE!!!!!! When speaking with Gina, the waitress, I brought it to her attention that my meal, the ribs, were ice cold, and still had ice chips on top of the barbecue sauce that was smothered on top of the meat, I asked if they could warm this meet up and provide me with a new serving since it had OBVIOUS ICE CHIPS. Manager Kristen, then came to ask how our experience was, and I reiterated once again of the condition of the meat that I received, after about 30 minutes, I received the new meal, no apologies no sincerity, no discounts…… Very disappointing…… They continued to move extremely slow, did not provide a box until I asked three times, would not recommend this restaurant to others traveling in the area unless you would like to leave with great frustration. -0/10; please read the other reviews to support the DISGRACE OF THIS RESTAURANT!

We had the most incredible experience at Texas Roadhouse – West Bend — truly unlike any other Texas Roadhouse we’ve ever visited.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Everything came out perfect, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell this location takes real pride in what they do.
But what really made this place special was the service. Every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We actually loved it so much that my husband and I went back the very next night — and ended up with the same waitress both times! She was amazing.
I’m currently walking through some heavy medical stuff, and having not one but two different waitresses compliment me during our visits meant more than they probably realize. Those small moments of kindness made a huge impact.
Great food. Incredible service. A team that makes you feel seen and valued.
We will absolutely be back.

Steak! Lots of steak! They also have chicken options. Colorful beverages are good, but I want a custom “Texas Roadhouse” drink. Please remove the T.V.’s they ruin the atmosphere.

My wife and I ordered Texas Roadhouse tonight to go for Valentine’s Day. It was absolutely fantastic. Service was a little bit slow waiting in line at the to-go counter, which was understandable for the holiday. However, the quality of the food greatly made up for this. This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse in years. We shared the family style barbecue chicken meal and got so much food. With two sides and tons of bread and butter it was guaranteed leftovers! Price is very reasonable too for all the food that you get. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Texas Roadhouse!

We stopped in on a Monday evening at approximately 7:20 p.m. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, Siara. She took our drink order and took our food order in a timely manner. She was so personable and attentive. I felt very respected when she wanted me to order first by saying “ladies first”. Our order was correct and tasted amazing. Huge portions too. We have enough leftovers for two more meals. Siara spent some time with us when we were walking out, talking to us about birthdays, jobs, schools and hometowns. You have a great employee there!

Horrible service on a Sunday after. We waited for a table for 30mins and was told at check in that they just needed to clear tables. Watch over 20 people get seated before us. I asked how long and I was told I was paged and that it would be a minute. Page never came and the 3 girls that played hostess gave attitude and never once looked at me while I spoke. The younger generation need to learn to communicate better!!

The service is excellent at this, West Bend, Texas Roadhouse. The servers seem to be very well trained . The food is usually 5 stars, but this time one-half of my steak was very tough and hard to cut and chew. The second half was very good. My wife’s steak was the same.
The atmosphere is exactly what I expected, a Texas style steak house. Decked out in in country decorations with country music playing in the background. Overall, a very nice, relaxing experience. The honey-buttered bread is delicious and the free, endless peanuts are nice touch when drinking a tall Shiner Bock.

We had a lovely time at Texas Roadhouse. I love their salads. The waitstaff was great. The manager was friendly. I would go back there again. For me, there was a lot of food, so I have enough for a small meal tomorrow. It was a great experience!

Just had a fantastic steak dinner at the West Bend location. We were greeted at the door wirh a smile, and every server we passed on the way to our table also greeted us with a smile. Our order was taken promptly and served shortly thereafter. An excellent experience, and we will be back soon!!

I love Texas round house and this one is no exception. All the food was amazing the only mention was the Mac and cheese was one big blob. You can tell they just stuck it in microwave too long. But our waiter was absolutely amazing he made our experience that much better. I left with a full belly and a smile.
