Terrible Experience!
We called to have a pizza and soda delivered on Saturday evening at 7:11 and were told it would be 45 minutes to and hour wait. Ok fine, normal. But then the first thing to happen was the delivery guy arrived with the WRONG pizza order and didn’t have it with him. We called the store location and they said another driver had it and would arrive in 10 minutes. When 20 minutes past we called again and were told the driver was on the way. multiple times we had called when the “10 minutes” turned into 20 and 30 and 45 minute waits. Not until 2 hours and 20 minutes later did we recieve our pizza from the store owner of the Papa John’s. I was told other excuses for why the pizza was late and that the order would be taken off my credit card and refunded. Since I have not had any inclination on my bank reports that a refund is pending I called the store. I was told it was done saturday night. Meanwhile I had already called my bank and they had no records of this either. The store did not aske for my name or number and they said they would call back. The next few days I called it was the same issue, finally they did take my number and said they would return my call and never did. While I was on the phone I asked them to check while I was still on the phone with them. The manager said he would call back after a few minutes and he never did. It has been almost a week of dealing with these guys and after calling the store multiple times to ask if this was completed and not recieving any refund I will never return to this Papa John’s again. They are difficult to understand and do not take their customer service seriously.

Um how are they still open? This place is under the same management as the Rockaway Papa Johns and both are a disgrace to professional businesses. These people truly suck just look at some of these other reviews lol. DO NOT order from them they are middle easterners with no respect for this country.. This is coming from a former delivery driver. They are thieves and just all around low lives. Im far from a racist but these clowns need to get the hell out of this country( speaking to Ashfaq, Saira, and little girly boy Vishal..And Vishal if you read this. when someone has a personal problem with you settle it like a man. If you are too scared to fight then dont steal and act like a snake behind peoples backs. Karma my friend, it will get you;)
