Cheddars eastside or west location has never failed me. Excellent service from the begining to the end every single time. The atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming. Those snake plants that decor the entire restaurant give it so much liffeeeeeeeeeee. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and overall very professional. Our adult margaritas were juicy, yummmyy and had the right amount of tequila. Props to the bartender crew. Our drinks and appetizers were served appropriately on time. Our food was served fresh, hot and it tasted delicious. The menu has plenty of variety for every type of craving. Prices are fair on food items and drinking items too. Like I said Ive never had a bad experice at this establishment and hopefully you wont either. Also the restrooms were clean, smelled clean and fresh which is very appropriated. So now go go, Go get you some Cheddars.

There were 10 of us arriving about 2 p.m. They seated us in about 20 minutes. Their arrest table was a big round one that seated 7, so they seated at two tables that were very near one another. It worked well for our group.
Our server, Eileen, did an excellent job and was very personable.
They were very busy, so I was a little loud for my taste, but it was a fun atmosphere.
The appetizers came soon and we’re delicious. When the food came, it was all good also.
We all had a great time & we’ll be back!

we got the sirloin and the montecristo, sirloin was good but chewy, montecristo was not very well fried but good, carrot cake is great but if they take out the sweet pecans and put regular pecans will be better, excellent service by waiter and manager

The table we were seated at was dirty. There was a throat lozenge that someone left behind. The walls were sticky and dusty. Some of the food was good but not all. We asked for our steak mid, and we received both extremely rare. The service was good, I have no complaints about it. My main complaint is how dirty the place was.

Well operated business, clean environment, manager stopped at table and was genuine. Server was great but she became overwhelmed when business picked up which is understable but didnt fold. Food presentation was plus also. KUDOS to staff from a former OPS F and B manager!!

We (a group of 5) cafe in asking how long the wait is and the host told us 20 minutes. So we waited for a table which turned into an hour. Then when we’d ask the host and she apologized because they gave our table to someone else.. this happened twice.. then when we finally sat down it took 20 minutes for someone to come and take our drink which we wouldn’t get for another 20 minutes.. the food is ok. It’s along the lines of Applebees and chilies. We definitely won’t be back.

This is a really nice place! It has a great selection of food at a decent price. Alejandro was our waiter and was very friendly and responded fast to our requests! I would definitely come back and try some more delicious food!
