I love steak & shake and normally never have an issue but….. please S&S nobody wants a butter steak burger to the point the bread and practically the whole burger is one pile of sludgy butter mess. Just a drizzle on the top of the bun is all that’s needed. I cannot even eat this… leaking grease all through the box and bag as well. I didn’t want to use the term disgusting but it is!

This management and employees are just horrible!!! I ordered on uber eats and they prepped the food like if they was ready to go home and no thoughts given. I ordered 2 chili cheese fries and on the first one they put no cheese or beans jus fries and the second one just a little fries and a little of beans like a small fries amount and the burgers. Oml where do I start. I got no lettuces, tomatoes, onions, pickles, or mayo just the meat and bun. Don’t order or get food from this place jus horrible

By far the worst steak & shake I been to. I’ve Waited 35 min in drive thru after ordering my food. They served the two cars BEHIND me, and totally forgot about my order. At the end of it all I didnt even receive a sincere apology for the negligence of great service.

My husband took us yesterday after church, and expected less. This place have improved and management is on point. I was in shock how organize and clean this place is. The food was fresh, and the young lady who was helping the floor was really sweet! I wish I would have gotten the name with the dreads, listen she need to be moved to CEO. Lol the place is really clean, and they definitely deserves a tip and a raised.

Food is steak and shake food which is okay of course but customer service is amazing here and everyone is always so respectful and professional. Cleanest steak and shake I’ve ever been to. The woman inside is extremely hardworking she cleans everything and seems to enjoy keeping it clean, the gentleman at the counter and window are just extremely polite and patient. This Stake N Shake is located at the Highland Lakes Center off of Highway 50. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We were seat right away, but had to wait a bit after that before saw anyone else. Besides that the service was great. The food was nice too.

Me and my families go-to spot. The food is always fresh,delicious, and presented neatly. The staff are friendly and always eager to help. This is a black owned establishment ✊ and the GM works hard to make sure the customers are happy as well as the staff. I’m here at least 3 times a week . Great work.

I love going to steak and shake! Its cheaper then McDonald’s and tastes better to! If you go durring happy hour you can get large shakes for cheap! Over its been a good experience!
