We went for the $65 3-Course Valentine’s Menu For Two. It was definitely worth it. It included a welcome toast to start(Freixenet Sparkling Wine), a starter to share (brussel sprouts), two entrées and a dessert to share. It was a delicious meal. Made a reservation and were seated quickly after standing in line a bit to get to reception desk. Fantastic waitress, dont remember her name but she was great. It was a very lively atmosphere but not overly loud. Definitely worth the price. We did order a few old fashioned not on the meal deal but they tasted great. Thanks bar!!!

Thank you to the staff for catering to our needs. The food was delicious and we were all a bunch of lazy dogs by end of the night compliments to all the chefs that put their foot into the food.

Ps: the salmon and medium rare steak were AMAZING.

Lazy Dog truly impressed me with its thoughtful menu that balances hearty comfort meals and lighter choices. The slow cooked pot roast was rich, tender, and deeply satisfying, while the crispy fish tacos delivered fresh flavors with a great texture.

I love coming here, but Kassidy made the experience 100 times better! She was efficient, proactive, and very helpful! Whenever she came by me and my husband’s table, she would strike up a good conversation and showed her care for her customers! To the kitchen, great job on the food. It tasted delicious! The atmosphere is always nice to be around. The rustic style it brings is my favorite! All around, it was a wonderful experience!

Shout out to the Brea Lucky Dog for providing an exceptional experience as we celebrated a family member’s 75th birthday yesterday at lunch! Special shout out to Keana, our waitress, who handled our party of 19 with great organization and a calm, cool demeanor. It impressed me that the wait staff overall were so attentive, as they walked by they would check the table, offer to refill the water carafes, take empty plates away, etc. as well as help deliver the food. We sat in the patio and it was a enjoyable space – shady, under trees, on a beautiful warm winter day. Top notch all the way around. I live in the Monrovia-Duarte area, so it’s a bit of a drive – but I’ll be back!

I recently visited Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and let me tell you—it’s a vibe! The outdoor patio area is an absolute gem with comfortable seating, fire pits, and ample shade provided by large red umbrellas. The combination of natural elements, cozy chairs with fun patterns, and a well-stocked bar gives the space a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It’s perfect for both daytime dining and evening hangouts.

The menu is impressively diverse, offering a great selection of house craft beers and specialty cocktails. I tried their Mango Chile Margarita, and it delivered a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy—definitely a must-try. The house beer selection, including unique offerings like Lightning Jack and Liquid Blanket IPA, offers something for everyone, whether you prefer a crisp lager or a bold IPA.

Inside, the restaurant maintains a cozy, rustic charm with exposed wooden beams, stone accents, and playful Americana-themed decor, including license plates and wall art. The seating arrangements are spacious and comfortable, ideal for families, groups, or even a casual date. There are multiple TVs tuned to sports channels, making it a great spot to catch a game.

Service was friendly and efficient. The staff made sure we were comfortable and our drinks were refilled without needing to ask. They also gave helpful recommendations on menu items, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Food-wise, Lazy Dog offers a solid mix of classic comfort dishes and healthier options. The slow-cooked pot roast and crispy fish tacos were both flavorful and satisfying. Their brunch menu, especially the $6 Bloody Marys and Mimosas, adds even more value for weekend visits.

In summary, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar delivers a fun, laid-back dining experience with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and a menu that caters to a wide range of tastes. Whether you’re enjoying a sunny day on the patio or catching a game indoors, this spot hits the mark. Highly recommended!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch with 7 other friends. The place was quite packed, after about 10-15 minutes we were seated. The Loco moco fried rice is quite good and has good value. Our also comes with the banana pudding.

We were very impressed with the quality of the food, the service and overall experience. Our server was Rico who went above and beyond. He brought us a free appetizer since it was our first visit. We sat in the patio with our dog. There were heaters to keep us warm. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and my husband had the fish and chips. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared. We found out that this location is a test site for other locations. They have an extensive menu and everything is fresh and reasonably priced. We will be back again.

Lunch started with a Sangria Sampler. If you’re undecided, this is a good way to try them all. The Southern Fried Chicken salad and Black & Blue burger are enough to share. The burger was juicy with a good balance of blue cheese. The blue cheese did not overpower the burger. The candied walnuts added a delicious crunch to the salad. Whether you have the chicken or not, the salad is packed with flavor. Desserts, Butter cake, and Apple-Huckleberry Open Face Pie were a knockout. Our server was attentive and courteous. The restaurant has many locations to choose from.

This message is for CORPORATE as the service was 5 stars. The server was professional, timely and pleasant. The atmosphere was 4 stars.

The food though? 1 star or 0!!! My husband ordered the fried chicken with gravy and it tasted like those bland frozen fried chicken breast you buy in the freezer section. It’s not a real chicken breast and you can see its filled with water and fillers. It actually tastes worse than fast food chicken.

This was a frustrating experience as the server was wonderful and we didn’t want to burden her with the complaint They really need to step it up with the food quality as the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Do better corporate!!
