I kept hearing about this food truck so on one of my remote days, I found it. I got the seafood fries. The seafood was, i want to say nicely seasoned but thats an understatement, it was seasoned to hell. OMG, delicious, the little fries on the bottom however were sad. For a dish like this, crinkle cut fries would have been better but instead you get hard shoestring fries. Some of them were inedible because the ends were so hard. Maybe it was just a bad friday, oops fry day. Would I go back, yup. Not necessarily for the fries but that seafood was seasoned so well I have to try something else.
