Cold food. Overpriced. And the service was absolutely awful. They were rude, annoyed, and clearly didn’t want to help. I asked for sauces and they still gave me the wrong ones. When I asked again for the correct sauce, they turned their back on me and ignored me. I have no idea what’s going on with this place, but this is completely unacceptable. And to make it even worse, they couldn’t even get my order right.

The Popeyes in port chester is the worst by far we have gone to. We delete our app and never going back. We went last week and we good the worst service ever in any fast food restaurants. KFC treats there customers better. We made a complaint to the corporate office and for the bad service and disrespect the manager gave my wife after I caught him talking about my asian wife garbage. I spoke to him and told him to be professional and respectful. He would not apologize or take accountability of his miss doing. He just kept talking garbage. He was racist to her. He thought she was alone. There was another asian couple there complaining about the same thing.How they were treated. This type of action is unacceptable in this country and it needs to be stopped. I told my wife to make a complaint with a better business bureau. The corporate office offered my wife.Fifteen hundred points, a slap in the face and disrespectful as well. For those people who read this, I will stay out of that store and go back to KFC. If you can find one. We pay for good food and respectful service and it’s not about the money, it’s about the respect when you go into your store.

whoever was working the drive thru on 10/12/25 at 9:30pm needs to get fired immediately. this place is losing its customer service everytime i go back. it’s a option to work at a fast food place, if im being nice and polite please teach your employees to at least have the courtesy to give a head nod back. ordered sides didn’t give a spork, asked for mashed potatoes-got mac and cheese, no napkins in the bag, tried to only give me one sauce and then when i asked for more gave me attitude for no reason. this is ridiculous please work on your staff

This is a good Popeye’s even though I am not a personal fan of commercially cooked deep fried chicken in general but if that’s your thing, they do serve it hot and crispy here. There are 2 options, spicey and original. I feel the skin was crispy and the chicken juicy. I would prefer more flavor in the chicken itself. The mashed potatoes with gravy have little bits of smokey ham in it and are amazing. Biscuits are typical and not dry. They do not have butter for them and biscuits would benefit from some butter. Mac and cheese was decent. The infamous chicken sandwich was good combining the crisp of the chicken with pickle and mayo. A family meal of 8 pieces of chicken with a large side and 4 biscuits and an upsized sandwich combo meal that comes with one large soda and a large side came to over $50. It’s not really cost efficient. It was reasonably clean with good service and plenty of parking in the lot and opened late on Memorial Day. Overall it’s what you expect from a Popeye’s chicken. It’s not bad when looking for a late night food option.

On multiple occasions, my food has been served cold, even when ordered during peak hours. I bought food for my college team a few times over the last four years from this location. Our institution is tax exempt and only one worker (he may not work there anymore) knew how to perform the transaction with the tax exemption code; as I always present the tax exempt form to the cashier each time I visit and ask if your location honor our tax-exempt form. This last time (Wednesday, 11/05/2025) I was at your store location, the store manager didn’t want to make the effort to help assist in honoring the tax exempt code and now the college has determine to not allow our teams to purchase food from this establishment. This is not an unfamiliar feature on your POS system and most, if not ALL food establishments have the no-tax feature when the tax code/form is provided.

It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t gotten a reply back from Popeyes on a staple in my dipping sauce. Thank god it was visible when I opened it and I didn’t accidentally eat it. The few times I’ve ordered from this location I always had an item missing from my order, as annoying as that is I forgave it. A staple in my dipping sauce though is unacceptable. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I ordered at 12:03 on April 22nd 2023, one 3 piece spicy meal, and one 4 piece meal, and a chicken sandwich to go. Not only did I not get my chicken sandwich but all my fries were brick hard and not edible. They were so hard I didn’t even bother to finish it. This is atrocious, I waited a long time for this place to get my order wrong, and not give me what I paid for.
