The vibe is spot-on: stylish coastal-modern design, lively yet relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of Las Olas, with beautiful indoor-outdoor flow and a rooftop patio that’s perfect for people-watching.
Our servers, Lenka and Alex, were outstanding – attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made everything feel effortless and fun. They kept our bottomless mimosas flowing without missing a beat!
The food was phenomenal:
The Cajun Blackened Chicken was bursting with bold, smoky flavor – juicy, perfectly spiced, and paired with that amazing warm potato salad and crispy bacon. So satisfying!
The Cajun Oven Roasted Salmon was cooked to absolute perfection – tender, flaky, full of rich Cajun seasoning, and just melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
And the bottomless mimosas? We couldn’t get enough, especially the grapefruit one – fresh, tangy, and the perfect refreshing twist that became my absolute favorite.

What stood out the most was the excellent service — our server, Naris, was incredible: very kind, attentive, and always with a smile. She explained the menu in detail, recommended dishes that turned out to be excellent choices, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire lunch.

We had the BEST experience at Earls Kitchen & Bar! Everything was truly 10/10 — the food, the vibes, the drinks, and the espresso martini tower were all incredible. The entire staff was so welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care about making your dining experience amazing.
A huge shoutout to our server, Toijun, who absolutely made the night for us! She was so fun, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our friend’s birthday celebration special. Her energy and service really exceeded our expectations and made the whole night even better.

Every time we come to Earls we have a great experience. The food is amazing, I’ve ordered everything from the vegan dishes (YAY) to fish tacos, and have never had a complaint. The happy hour is even better and is a can’t miss. Lenka was our server today and she was wonderful. Kind, attentive, and all over a great human. Would definitely return and hope for her as our server! 10/10

My wife and I had dinner there with my sister and brother-in-law last night and we really had a wonderful dinner experience. It’s a really nice and fun atmosphere, the food was delicious. Our server, Jasmine was excellent. She was very kind and friendly, has a great attitude and personality, knowledgeable and did a great job going over all the things the restaurant is known for and giving us great recommendations. She recommended a great Margarita to go along with my deluxe burger, and it was a great choice. She made sure to come back to the table on a regular basis, but not too much, to make sure that we were doing well and had everything we needed. It was really a great experience overall and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Had an amazing experience at Earls on Las Olas, and a huge part of that was our server, Noris. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and absolutely nailed her happy hour recommendations! She also brought such great energy to the table and made the whole experience even better.
We ordered the espresso martini, Aperol spritz, and an old fashioned, and all three were perfectly made. For food, we had the chips and guacamole, crispy rice sushi, Caesar salad, and the Steak Frites, and everything was delicious. Seriously, not a single miss.

I can’t rave enough about this place. We happened to find it at the perfect time for an early dinner and ended up staying nearly all night. We consider ourselves “European eaters,” meaning we like to take our time and savor the experience, and the staff didn’t seem to mind at all.

These three women made us feel incredibly important and well taken care of, each in their own unique way, especially after they discovered it was my partner’s birthday.
Aleya, the hostess, was a gem from the start. We chatted with her as she walked us to our table, and when she sat us, she casually said, “I like you guys, I’m going to come back to see what you order.” At first, we thought it was just a friendly gesture, but she actually came back multiple times to check us. We know she didn’t have to go out of her way to do that. Sorry about the bitter coffee shop suggestion, I hope they can redeem themselves.
Daniella, our server, was phenomenal. She was attentive, energetic, and made us feel like we were never a burden, even while sitting in her section for over five hours. She gave thoughtful guidance on dishes we might enjoy or avoid and did her job flawlessly. We were thrilled to have met her. Thank you Daniella for being a wonderful human-being.
Finally, the bar manager, Narissi. Not only did she remember us from the night before, yes, we came back twice, but she also remembered exactly what we had to drink the previous night. A small touch, but it honestly stuck with me. During our second visit, she maintained the same happy, charismatic demeanor as everyone we met the night before, attentive, patient, and joyful. I don’t know why; but seeing everyone give the impression they genuinely love working at Earls some how made our experience even more magical.
The food is spectacular and extremely enjoyable. I’m a sucker for a poke bowl, and theirs did not disappoint. The portion was perfect and filling. Be sure to try the sticky Korean ribs, they may be “messy,” but they are absolutely amazing.
The drinks are honestly the best in town. They are not cheap, but they are crafted with care, blended well, smooth, and delicious. My partner loves spicy drinks, and they made his Passion Fruit Chili Margarita extra spicy by request, he was in heaven.
The vibe is unmatched. Whoever is responsbile for the the design, decor and music knows what they are doing. The decor gives off a mid-century modern maybe with Bohemian vibes. The outdoor terrace was absolutely gorgeous.
Please, do yourself a favor and check this place out. I promise you will not regret the experience.

I recently visited Earls restaurant for my birthday. I’ve had mixed impressions in the past, as I wrote earlier. But now I want to update my review, because a truly amazing story has happened.
The next day after my review, the manager of the restaurant contacted me. She apologized sincerely and offered to make up for the misunderstanding by inviting us back to dinner at the restaurant’s expense.
Yesterday we visited Earls again and were amazed. We were served two appetizers – avocado dip and dumplings with shrimp and pork , we also tried fries with truffle sauce , and we already chose a couple of wonderful main dishes for ourselves. The service was simply impeccable. The attention we received turned an ordinary visit into a real celebration. We even had a mini birthday party again with dessert, a candle, a postcard and an incredibly warm, sincere approach from the staff.
In the end, I was thrilled: the restaurant not only fixed the situation, but also turned it into an unforgettable experience.
Now I can say with confidence that Earls deserves the highest marks, because they have turned a neutral review into a reason for delight.

I was especially disappointed that I ordered wine (the most expensive by the glass btw) and it was brought to me in a DIRTY, stained glass, which was also wet from spilled wine 🙁

We had an absolutely incredible experience hosting my sister’s bridal shower at Earls! From start to finish, Ayla was amazing — so warm, welcoming, and truly accommodating. She helped us bring items up from our car, assisted with setup, laminated the menus we made, and even offered to run to the store when we realized we forgot vases. She was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly.
Our servers, Lenka and Ulrik, were phenomenal. They kept our drinks full, ensured the food came out perfectly timed and cooked to perfection, and managed all 30 of our guests with ease. They even helped us carry items back to the car after the shower.
