I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ’s, and I have to say—this visit exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Jacky. From the moment we were seated, Jacky made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
She was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and had great recommendations (the Pizookie was chef’s kiss). Drinks were always full, our order was perfect, and everything arrived promptly—even during a busy rush. What really stood out was her friendly attitude and genuine care for making sure we had a great experience.
BJ’s always delivers on quality food and a great atmosphere, but this visit was elevated by Jacky’s exceptional service. If you’re heading to BJ’s, ask for Jacky—you won’t be disappointed!

Our server Jacky was so wonderful! She even remembered all the small details. Jacky went over and beyond! Hope to see her again. The food was really good as well. Everything came out hot. Just wish they’d turn the music down just a little and I love rock music. But it’s hard to have a conversation without talking loud.

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience, largely thanks to our exceptional waitress, Jazlynn.
From the moment she greeted our table, Jazlynn was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments to ensure we had everything we needed. She possessed a great knowledge of the menu, offering spot-on recommendations when we were deciding on appetizers and drinks.
What truly set Jazlynn apart was her proactive and friendly service. Our water glasses were never empty, empty dishes were cleared promptly, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She had a positive energy that was contagious and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job, which made our meal all the more pleasant.
The level of service provided by Jazlynn was five-star. She made our family dinner feel special and contributed significantly to a memorable evening. We will certainly be asking to sit in her section next time we visit.

Lenae our server was so cheerful and a great at her job! She anticipated our needs with a smiling face. It was very busy also. I have not been pleased in the past with service and food quality. We will now come back. Everything was perfect, we were celebrating being a new grandparents. Thank you Lenae. I hope the spelling is correct. It is a Tuesday 1/20/2026 early dinner.

Came to bjs for my bday with the family and our service from Tai was top notch. Never had to wait for him. His recommendations, his service, to his banter made the night even better. Words can’t express how tai personally made our experience here at bjs the best one we have had.
