I got just a sandwich, but the cashier acted as if I asked for the whole dang menu. From what I could here from the diner, the drive-thru worker sounded nice enough, but wow the cashier looked like she’d rather be dead than working. The sandwich was good, they got the order right, so that was a plus. Y’all need to have a talk with your employees because this seems to be a consistent problem. Also, $6 for just a sandwich is crazy work, man.

I went there this morning hoping to get a fall drink. Nope asked for a pumpkin spice latte. Said that there machine was broken. Then I asked for the Carmel Apple drink, they ran out. They only could make a regular iced coffee with no flavor. I get things happen but come on, everything is broken and out on a Monday? They also can never hear you at the speaker and always has an attitude. Sorry you have to do your job you’re getting paid to do. I’ll go to Starbucks now on. Thanks.

In all my years of living I have never visited an establishment and receive such poor service. It’s already bad enough they charge $1.99 extra for cream cheese but when you ask for your bagel to be toasted it’s a difference between toasted and being burned, I do understand that overwhelming crowds can cause, panic amongst employees but quality should still be top priority in order for people to continue visiting the establishment to keep it open. I hope this does reach someone that does care because I will not be returning.

The customer service here is terrible. I promise I will NEVER go 2 this location again. And I recommend anyone on a 15 minute break, not go here. They took 20 minutes for 2 walk in orders (dozen donuts) and a combo meal. There’s no sense of urgency or swift customer service. The manager and employees jus move as if no one has anywhere 2 be. I’m anxious 2 see how many others have had this issue at this location!

Went through the drive through this morning and ordered a simple large coffee. They handed me a small something. It was some drink I don’t recognize. When I tried to tell them it was wrong they just stared at me like they were confused. I have gone to Tim Hortons almost every morning for a decade, and they want to ruin it all for $3? Fine. I’ll go to REV or Starbucks from now on instead.

I had the worst experience this morning. I stop to get a Vanilla Iced coffee with light cream and an avocado toast. I asked to pay for extra avocado which I was told wasn’t possible (when a coworker stopped at the same tim hortons this morning and also purchased an avocado toast with extra avocado) so I receive a Carmel iced coffee with what appears to be the regular amount of cream and no ice in my iced coffee. Not to mention toast with literally almost no avocado on it. I called the store multiple times and never received an answer. Such poor service.

So I said #10 with an iced cap at thee speaker but at the window you catch and attitude saying “well that’s not what you ordered so you need to pay for it so what do you want” while bobbing your head. A simple sorry would’ve been just fine I didn’t get upset at you or anything all I said was I needed my coffee. So before you claim IM the liar maybe help take the order for the woman working speaker with a little language barrier. She was doing her absolute best and was absolutely pleasant and you hopped into the window ( maybe even a supervisor of some sort?) and immediately got mean to me. You should be ashamed of all these bad reviews you have. Terrible.
