Went through the drive through. There were many options and the employee was patient and helpful. I chose a cold brew and added cold foam, my friend ordered the layered caramel macchiato. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other coffee shops. We were both satisfied and happy with our drinks. I would come back here anytime.

The service was friendly with a smile. And also very very fast. This is a drive up drive thru location only. My strawberry banana smoothie was just okay, because it had a small hint of coffee taste, which isn’t good for a smoothie. My wife enjoyed her coffee however.

Absolutely love this spot! I ordered the iced lavender latte and it was delicious—smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right hint of floral without being overpowering. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. You can tell they care about the coffee and the people. Definitely a hidden gem—can’t wait to come back!

I am so sad. This is my absolute favorite coffee shop today. I usually see the male owner and he’s super cool and recognizes me by now since I come often. He gives cool tips for me about my mobile coffee start up! I came to get my regular coffee along with a bag of espresso beans, but I saw their weekly menu and decided to try one of their new coffees. It turned out to be very nasty and didn’t match the flavors that they said we’re gonna be in it so I asked them if I could exchange it and just have my regular drink, but was told that I would have to pay for my second drink and that they don’t allow exchanges. I explained to them that I wasn’t trying to get over that I genuinely did not like their drink and that I come here all the time and rave about them to everybody, even voted them coffee of the year multiple times online and they were still very unaccommodating so instead I just gave the drink back and got a refund on my espresso beans. Not wanting to exchange a drink is not worth losing customers over. Sadly we have to find a new shop to buy drinks and beans from 🙁

BEST COFFEE IN THE VALLEY! I come here almost everyday! The cookie butter is UNREAL! Their pastries? FIRE! The staff is so sweet and welcoming! They have pop up stands on Saturday’s selling hats and trinkets and fresh baked bread! I can’t say enough about this place really. I won’t step foot in another Starbucks or Dutch again!

So glad we are able to support a local business who really cares about the community! Jackrabbit Java does not disappoint. I have been going about once a week now. At first I just got coffee drinks, then I started buying their bags of coffee beans, and the last couple times I’ve bought their fresh baked goods. I love how they support local bakers by selling their baked goods. My sons were on leave (they are in the USMC) they like their Dutch Bros. Well, I swung them by Jackrabbit Java and they loved their drinks! They even asked when we were going back there.
Their staff is very friendly and attentive. They all seem like one big family. Love it! Highly recommend.

I love coming here! I get the desert tortoise with no caramel (iced) and it’s the most perfect drink, taste is consistent every time. I also have been getting their green chile burrito with the salsa and I like it a lot. I’ll support this small business all day.
