Drove through NB and thought I would give it a try based on reviews and wasn’t disappointed. These guys were great, customer service was on point, and food was good. Had the BBQ brisket sandwich with the beans. I loved the sandwich and the bun, and the beans were good just not what I was expecting. The were close to a ranch style bean which is not my preference. The only critique my wife had was she wished they had some more sides like potatoe Salad and some Texas Sweet Tea with the BBQ. Also tried the ribs and they are recommended for sure.

The is food truck was BANGING!!!! I have the jumbo BBQ potato & the protein I selected was smoked turkey. My hubby had the boneless rib sandwich & both were amazing. The staff there were friendly & helped us with the menu. For sure coming here again.

Amazing BBQ, had the pulled pork sandwich with tangy sauce and it didn’t disappoint at all! It was on an amazing grilled bun that was toasted and fresh and slightly sweet but not too sweet. The blueberry buckle is HUGE and amazing. I highly recommend for the food and service, the owners are super nice and accommodating! Wonderful surprise find on our trip!

Totally Totally wonderful food truck! Well, the guys are pretty cool too! I asked lots of questions, they gave me great answers in a positive friendly manner. He welcomed me and thank me for taking the time to come there today! What? Customer service? Really? Yup, really! The 3 guys are family members and proud to put out only great food. And it is. Not too smokey, not heavily seasoned, just flavor. You can really tell you are eating what these guy’s love to do. Making people happy. We had the brisket sandwich meal which comes with a 1/2 pint side of your choice, chips and a soda. We also got the 3 tacos for $10. Our choice of meat was brisket, pulled pork and cheddar jalapeño sausage. With onion, pickles and sliced jalapeño on the side not in the pictures. We Added potato salad, broccoli slaw salad and beans. Brisket was moist and tender. Pulled pork was nearly amazing and the sausage made you want to keep eating it. Ribs, let’s talk about them. Do you like them with rub only? Fine, get it! How about with their Sweet Heat Glaze? Gotta get it! Either way you like your ribs, you will find yourself licking the bones. I guarantee it!Just to round it out we also got a link of all beef sausage. I have to tell you later how that was, just to full to have it now. BTW, we had to top it off with a Southern desert, right? Right… Blueberry Buckle Pie! This ain’t your Mama’s pie either. Each layer was strategically placed in perfect fashion to maximize yummy! Put it to you this way, I’d go there if they only sold that pie! Delicious. My Wife is my tell-tale meter with BBQ. If she eats it all it’s rare. She cleaned her plate and then looked in the bag for more! Loved it. Their sauce, well you can almost drink them. They have 3 different sauces and each one of us liked a different one. Sweet Heat, Carolina and Honey BBQ. Take your pic, you won’t be disappointed. In fact, I can say this is our new go to place. Thanks Guys! Keep up the great work!

These guys get a million star review for being friendly and welcoming. I love coming to a place being treated like that.
It was getting into the hundred degrees outside when we went, we ate in our car with the ac going. There’s not much for seating there so expect this to be a to go order. Is it different when it’s not hot as hell outside, maybe they have seating idk, doesn’t really matter to me cuz we make whatever work. I would love to see this place become so successful they get a brick and mortar because i know they could create the best environment to enjoy.
Trying to decide what to try was tough, they have a variety of sandwiches to choose from. We got the pulled pork and boneless rib. Pictures do not do this flavor justice! Also, i really liked the bun! I was so happy it was not served on a cheap slice of bread.
We ordered a combo so we chose a side. We got potato salad and beans. Very very good potato salad! I took a bite and was like huh? Then i was like whoa!!! Totally mind blown, maybe I’ve lived under a rock but i never thought putting apple in potato salad would be good, it’s never crossed my mind! Is this a Texas thing, i have no idea but it’s amazing.
When you go DO NOT PASS UP DESSERT! THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I’VE EVER EATEN in my 41 years on this planet. It was really hard to share with my hubby, i wanted it all. In a way it’s probably good this place is 40 min from my house because i have no self control over something that good! It’s all I’ve thought about all day so i might have to take a trip tomorrow. All the stars rating for food i can’t stop thinking about!
Also, they thought about little details and threw in a wet wipe, it’s the little things in life that make a difference 🙂

Excellent bbq. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The blueberry desert was also amazing, like wow. The sweet heat ribs goes really well with their mustard bbq sauce. Then on top of the great food, the brothers extended such amazing service to me and my girlfriend! Definitely pay them a visit

Honestly great BBQ, the flavor is spot on with how you want it (many options). The meat is perfectly cuts and dressed. Service is friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to be top teir for a food truck.

The Guys were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Arguably the very best BBQ that you will find in the Texas hill country! Whether you love to cook BBQ or simply enjoy the consumption of it, there is never a shortage of delicious BBQ at Coronado’s Sweet Heat BBQ! Unless of course, they’ve sold out. A common occurrence for a BBQ Truck that has never ceased to impress. BBQ has a history of bringing together family and friends. And if you do it well enough, they may just keep coming back for more. The Coronado bros have poured a wealth of love and knowledge of smoked meat and culinary creativity into their product that any foodie or critic could spot from a mile away. Be adventurous and try everything, you will not be disappointed, and remember that there is ALWAYS room for some blueberry buckle!
