They’re friendly and all but the pizza isn’t that good. And they employees don’t wash their hands enough in my opinion. I’ve seen them go from the register and right back to preparing food no sanitation at all. But I guess that’s my own personal choice.

Nathan, I think the manager there, is an incredible person! He put me to shame today. No matter my excuse, I was a little upset about the arrival time of my order. The kids were super hungry. Nevertheless, my tone wasn’t very nice but it did not detour Nathan from being nice to me. He made everything better. Again, I apologize for my tone. We need more love in this world for sure, and you reminded me of that. Thank you and God bless.

I ordered a large New York Style pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was great. It was delivered fast, fresh and hot with a smiling driver. Thank you Papa John’s. Domino’s and Marco’s in Dothan, could learn from you guys their pizza and customer service has really gone down hill. Papa John’s thank you for that great pizza♥️♥️♥️♥️

had a missing drink that was obviously stolen by dasher & all i got was the run around . nevermind the fact i PAID for the drink. manger denied me a redelivery for the drink & that’s crazy since they had no issue taking the money .
update: must have the WORST luck ever bcs once yet again i didn’t get my drink i paid for ! i definitely wont eat here again.

I honestly just enjoy Papa Johns over the other pizza chains and so the pizza was good but I do have a few complaints with this particular order. I scheduled to have the pizza made an hour later than I placed the order and it was started as soon as I placed the order. It was still warm so no big deal. I ordered the works add banana peppers, no banana peppers do I went back in and got a cup of banana peppers that i was about to be charged for if i didn’t say hey that supreme was supposed to have banana peppers on it. I got home and opened the 2nd pizza of the 2 orders and it wasn’t sliced. It was literally one whole pizza. I sliced it myself.

I placed a order for extra large pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After 1 hour I called back and asked where my pizza was.I was then told that they don’t deliver to that side of town. I go to the pizza franchise and said I am here to pick up my pizza. The manager said that there was no order under my name. I said like hell I spoke to him twice. He called the flowers chapel rd pizzeria and they said there was no order under that name. After I told the manager about what sorry service he has for his customers. I exited the pizzeria and 2 delivery guys were pulling in. I asked them if they delivered to my neighborhood and they both said that they did. I will never ever use Papa John’s again.

I refuse to order at this location and will highly recommend that if you’re wanting respect. Please visit Dominos, or simply go next door to Pizza Hut. The District Manager told me that I work for him as I was picking my pizza up for someone else. Forgetting that he’s actually the one working for someone else. I am not your worker nor would I ever work for someone as such! He would never give me his name. If there were 0 stars He would get them. Be careful anyone this angry handles food poorly as well.
