I had a great experience here! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken wrap was perfect and the waffle fries were crispy and flavorful. The staff was very friendly, polite, and provided fast service even though the place was busy. The restaurant was also very clean and well organized.

Great place. Food was awesome but customer service was better. Ordered on the app but got to the store 30 min late because of traffic/accident. Sheva remade the order without me even asking 🙂 definately the place to go.

Every single time, I am impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff! The food, of course, is always sooo tasty. And I’ve never been in a bathroom as nice well stocked and clean as a Chick-fil-A bathroom. Chick-fil-A is an example of a truly well-run business. I even enjoy watching the staff work together as a team!

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
I placed an online order that clearly stated Drive-Thru Pickup, but when I arrived, I was suddenly told it was a mobile order instead. No one informed me of this in advance, and there was no explanation for the discrepancy.
It was very cold and windy, and I expected a quick pickup. Instead, I was forced to wait nearly 15 extra minutes. Even worse, the system already showed my order as “Ready”, yet I still had to stand inside the store for almost 10 minutes before finally getting it.
I showed my order confirmation screenshot that explicitly said Drive-Thru, but a female manager wearing glasses arrogantly insisted that my order was mobile pickup. Rather than helping, she blamed me, nitpicking that my name wasn’t written clearly and acting as if this whole situation was my fault.
Between the confusing system, wasted time, and the manager’s dismissive and arrogant attitude, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected much better.

Consistently the worst Chick-fil-a in terms of food and service. I can’t even imagine having bad service or rude management at any chick-fil-a until I ran into this location. During peak lunch hour the fries were completely cold. They do not get out the right order or sauces. Local manager is dismissive and rude when confronted with issues. Refused to refund or rectify the issues.
My previous experience with this location during breakfast was waiting 20 minutes at the drive through with only one car in front. They refused to serve anyone behind the waiting customer while they resolved the issue. People had enough and many drove off before being served.

Sheba is wonderful, she always provides all customers with everything they need and confirms if there’s anything she can do for us. Super clean restaurant and quick service as well. Food is always fresh and on time. Great quality and great employees.

Always takes forever to order and get food. Also really messed up my last order. I got a meal with a diet Coke, they repeated diet coke and then on the order slip it said diet lemonade..

Man, the service here has gone down SO much since they first opened. It’s BEYOBD slow now.
When I went in person last week, I noticed that every employee was black except for one. Where’s the “diversity”? I thought that was “our greatest strength”? I’m willing to bet it’s not just a coincidence…
