The manager’s name is Haam.
I’m a veteran. I came in on Veterans Day and he is so gracious, kind, friendly, and provides excellent service. More importantly, earlier the same day he took care of a friend of mine who just had open-heart surgery about a week ago. He treated her with so much kindness and love. She too is a veteran. I highly recommend you say thank you to the manager and his staff. I will always recommend this place for such outstanding service and attention to detail.

Tristan was super sweet but order was wrong wanted country fries steak with mash potato’s as a side and she gave me double hash brown and no gravy for my steak!! I work at ihop so I know we get busy but making sure the order is accurate is number one priority please!! oh and we didn’t even get powder sugar for my husband’s French toast.

I have had trouble at this location before. I decided to give them another try because I’m hungry. Well I won’t ever come back to this location I was seated and literally around 15 minutes no one even came to my table to get me something to drink. I am leaving and made sure to tell the manager. So I’m either going to McDonald’s or another Ihop location. At bare minimum get me a drink or something. Come on now!

Amazing the best IHOP IN San Antonio and the key factor Is the manager “HAAM” Always on point with customer service and food consistency Always smiling And in a good mood, I watched him in the kitchen and servicing customers never seen anybody multitask like him. Great experience. Our waitress was attentive and even pointed out menu options we would have missed. Coffee came promptly and stayed full. Food was well prepared. The manager on duty was very supportive of the staff, giving instructions in a respectful way that projected a positive atmosphere. Kudos to all.

Fernanda was excellent server at this location. The food was amazing! As far as the wait was not too bad only 10 minutes. Thanks IHOP for great service and amazing staffing. Please hire more servers just like Fernanda, she made a great difference in our dine in experience. Please keep up the good work.

Let me start with, there were less than 10 people already seated. We waited close to 5 minutes to be seated. Then we waited 10+ minutes to see a server. Next, we waited over 20 minutes for our food (in a place with less than 10 people who had already had their food). We almost walked out, only reason was because of the server we stayed. He was nice and tried to fix things.
The silverware was badly spotted and so I used a lemon to properly clean them. We told our server who gave us plastic ware which I quickly took to use. Then when the food came, my order was incorrect…Why?? The server took my order correctly as he confirmed it for me. I don’t know if the cook’s mind was on vacation, by the way there was only 1 cook, but my omelet was incorrect….really???
Needless to say, we will NOT be back at this location.

I was seated quickly, the restaurant looked clean, smelled nice, and the staff was nice and attentive including the manager. I picked the “make your own omelette” and chose just bacon and sausage and omg it was filled with meat! My only complaint is they could have added a bit more cheese on the inside as well. Hash browns were good but could have been a little more crispier on top. Overall, not a bad experience and the food was good for an IHOP.

Friday late afternoon and the place was empty. Our meals were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Omelette, Senior 2+2+2 meal, and a kid meal of French Toast with eggs & bacon. Everything was tasty. Ample servings. Price was reasonable.
