Amber at IHOP is honestly the definition of top-tier service. From the moment we sat down, she brought such a positive, welcoming energy that it completely changed the whole vibe of the meal. She wasn’t just doing her job — she was genuinely attentive, checking in at the perfect times, making sure everything was right without ever hovering. That balance is rare.
She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask, and she handled everything quickly but never rushed us. Even when it was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and professional.
What really stood out was her attitude. Amber treated us like valued guests, not just another table. She smiled, kept the conversation light and kind, and made sure we left satisfied. Service like that makes you want to come back — not just for the food, but specifically to be seated in her section.
If IHOP is smart, they know they’ve got one of the best servers on their team. Amber truly made the experience 10/10.

The entire team created such a positive, uplifting environment. Everyone was laughing, joking, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. It made such a difference.

I especially want to give a shoutout to our waitress, Jessica. Her voice was soft and sweet, and she took her time to make sure our order was absolutely perfect. Food was decent, service was honestly less than satisfactory. Our server seemed annoyed as soon as we walked through the door on a Monday night. The drinks took forever and she left the menus on our table. We also had to ask another server for our check when she walked by. Doesn’t make us want to return.

My sister, brother, and I went for a late lunch get together. We love going to IHOP for their all day breakfast. Our server was incredible. A big shout out to Bentley. He was so friendly, considerate, and attentive. He made our visit very enjoyable.

Vanessa was a phenomenal waitress we were welcomed in as we walked up to the counter, seated almost immediately and served right away. She even noticed that the coffee had been sitting awhile and brewed us a fresh cup.
