Stopped for flame burgers. They were delicious, hot and great flavor. The French fries were less than desirable, soggy and room temperature. Drive thru went quickly. They are a bit on the spendy side but their product is good for special trips. Very friendly employees.

The burgers are good although sometimes we only get 2 patties when we order and pay for 3. Ever since they changed their fries though we don’t try to go here as much. The fries are really disgusting, they are soggy, they taste old, my kids won’t even eat them.

I ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip baskets with a coke and a sprite. The chicken and toast was burnt and they gave me a Pepsi and a starry.
This isn’t that difficult. Pepsi and Coke are not the same thing don’t just pretend they are to go faster.
The food was horrible. Soggy fries, burnt everything else. Waste of $20. Couldn’t force myself to get more than 1 chicken strip down after peeling the breading off. This food was the worst I’ve seen in years.
*Edit* What a great response. I say the chicken is burnt and disgusting and they say it’s supposed to be like that due to the new vendor. Says to me that it’s not the staff, it’s the management. If everyone complains about your new chicken then you shouldn’t be buying that chicken to serve to your customers.
My take away is that instead of one bad experience, this is what is to be expected from every DQ. I’ve cream only from now on.

Not the same chicken strip basket I remember being excited to get as a kid. Partly the issues relate to the staff as the I was served cold fries and a tiny piece of chicken. When I worked in fast food I’d add in these smaller pieces as a bonus to customers.

Been a longtime DQ stalwart…they have always done an incredible job with unique birthday cake requests! Recently I got a chicken strip basket and they were HUGE…hot & delicious! The gravy was on point as always. There is a manager named Brittany who I’ve seen there a lot and her customer service it always top notch. Dang…now I want an Oreo Blizzard! HA

It’s prime time for lunch right now and I’ve been only person through drive thru for at least 10 minutes as I eat my non-fresh French fries and Luke warm burger. Maybe that’s why it’s a “deal” for $7? The plastic top to my root beer is so thin, any amount of pressure on the cup pops the thing off. In summary: Won’t be going back to this one unless I just get a dilly bar or something. Still no cars going through drive thru. A bit scary.
