Went through the drive thru today and not only were they fast and friendly but Meika did everything to make sure the order was correct and we were in and out of there as fast as possible

The service was hirrible. After they made our entire order incorrect, we had to wait and wait forever to just get two chili dogs. It came with fries that were stone-cold. The chili dog sauce was so old parts of it was black.
Happy to say the root beer in the machine was still delicious.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten here, so when I pulled up, I needed a little time to look over the menu. I was prompted after 5 seconds of not giving an order “for help in finding something”. It takes me more than 5 seconds to read the board. When I did put my order in, I was told they didn’t have anything cooked that I ordered & was asked to adjust my order. I still had to wait for my new order to be cooked. So, why was I rushed to put in my order? There was no one in the drive through & the parking lot was not full. The food we got was good, but the service doesn’t make me want to be a returned customer.

The staff is usually friendly. The place is usually clean. I like that you can choose between A&W and KFC. That way the whole family can get what they want to eat. It’s just off the highway so it is easy to get to. The cheese curds are great while they are hot.

The staff is untrained, didn’t get the basic things that come on the hotdogs we ordered. When you tell the staff that the root beer is out and no one says let me get you some from drive thru while we load the machine in the dining room. It’s an A&W restaurant. The cashier didn’t get our order right so the rest of our food got cold while we waited on the stuff he missed. There was no one on the counter when we came in. They were eating and drinking in back.

Would easily give this place a zero if possible. I waited almost a half hour tonight for a chicken sandwich a pot pie and and a drink (that they didn’t give me) when I told them it was pretty ridiculous that I there was 4 cars behind me and we were all waiting as long as we had…the guy at the register said “if you dont want to wait so long, get an application and change it yourself”…thought after the remodel this place changed but not even remotely…do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

I have always enjoyed coming here from Northwest Colorado and getting some cheese curds. Sadly, there are no A&W’s in my hometown so its always a treat to come by here when visiting Dinosaur National Monument or checking out the Dinosaur Museum in Vernal. I also recommend the burgers which are fairly decent by fast food standards.

Was in the Vernon Utah KFC/ A& W the cashier was wonderful but their was a female employee yelling at another employee at the drive up window ( that goodness no cars ) this went on the entire time we where their , finally my husband said that’s enough let’s go , ( we weren’t even finished) I told him go ahead , I spoke to the manager ( young lady) she told me oh well go someplace else ! I told her ok, AND WE HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE ! PLUS, I REPORTED HER! LIKE SOMETHING GOING TO HAPPEN YEAH RIGHT.

A & W is combined with KFC in this building. It’s great that there are 2 types of restaurants. However this is a review of A & W. There are burgers, hot dogs and fries, as well as other American type food. The burgers are pretty good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

I wouldnt recommend eating here. The employees were kind and the food was okay. The problem is the inside dining area is so dirty. There were ants by the soda machine and a dead bug on the floor. The ice machine wasn’t working and the sodas were flat. Hopefully they start cleaning up !
