The food was amazing! But the attitudes were not it. I know yall aren’t happy to be there but the least you CAN do is your job. The girl, who I think her name was Sam, with blonde hair/skinny was overall rude. I asked her to get me a cup because It was forgotten in my order and she just walked away and got back to doing orders. Nobody besides the shift leader talked to me and helped me properly, so thank you so much for the good service shift leader!

I door dash A lot of orders from this location several times a day. I am always very empresses with how friendly the associates are with me. I am most impressed with how well dresses and groomed they are. One girl I have seen wears a dress that goes past her knees. How good of an example is this in this age that a young woman would dress so appropriate in a place of business. I spoke with a male associate that is obviously a devoted Christian. No metal on there faces to freak me out when I see them. They do the counter the old way. There is always several associates standing at the registers ready to take orders. You don’t have to work your way through a Kiosk. Managers are always very friendly with me. In other words they believe in good old fashion business and good old fashioned customer service…

Normal chick fil a drive through experience. The only problems were the stupid customers. They ask you when you order if you want sauce or ketchup. When you change your mind, it messes up the flow.
Waffle fries a little soft and not hot. Just warm. But I’ll be back anyway. Still better than a nasty burger from across the street.

My food is hot and fresh. The line was a bit hard to maneuver with all the lunchtime traffic ,but I got in and out. My order was correct. The app didn’t originally accept my order but the attendant was patient. Taste amazing and I’ll definitely be going back!

This Chick Fil A is AMAZING. Our youth group stopped by on our way home from camp, and we arrived just after another large group. I’ve never seen such a well oiled machine. The workers were fast and efficient, while remaining kind and professional. They served hundreds of people in the span of 60 minutes and did an incredible job. Super grateful for their preparedness and professionalism.

I usually don’t do reviews on Fast Food locations as the expectations are usually minimal. However, after my experience at this location I had to leave a review. With that said, let’s talk about service!
Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I’m talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie.
As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what… she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A.
To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. My Chicken Strips tasted ‘farm to table’ fresh and were perfectly seasoned and fried. Though Chik-Fil-A food is always good, this was a different kind of good. LoL!

The gentleman who was working the dining area was awesome as well. He welcomed us in, thanked us for dining, and gave us after dinner mints. Yes! There were mints too. LoL!!! For the record, if Fine Dining Fast Food was a thing, this would be it.
The location is spotless. The ambiance is vibrant and the staff at the registers are efficient and conscious of one’s time… To whomever hired Gracie, you deserve a Gold Star. To whomever set the standards for service expectations at this location, you deserve a service deliverable award. And, to Gracie… You deserve a million Thank You’ and a Happy Customer Bonus!!

Horrible experience .they bagged me up after I stated for here. And my spicy chicken sandwich was soggy, and as you can see thin and very small . Disappointed at most. Got 2nd one made and got the same results only the tomatoes wasn’t as soggy. Oh the shame .
