This was our first time ever going to a Ruth’s Chris, and we definitely weren’t disappointed.
The service was top notch. There was always someone checking in on us, we were celebrating our anniversary and every staff member wished us a happy anniversary, and the manager came over especially to congratulate us.
This was one of the better steaks I’ve ever had. And the sides were delicious. We will definitely come back.
The atmosphere is a beautiful old school dining room, the upholstery feels a little dated, but otherwise it was a really great place to celebrate.

First visit to this brand and it did not disappoint. Extremely high service level, didn’t have to ask for anything. This fine dining experience was 5 stars on every level. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was next level awesome. The main course of steak and lobster again was next level awesome with the Augratin Potatoes being the best i have ever had. My wife had the same and hers was just a good a mine. We went here for our one week anniversary before returning to work and they made us a special on the house dessert. The atmosphere was perfect. Having the manager come introduce himself and check on us was extremely professional as was every staff member we encountered. I feel like we received a better then we payed for experience. I cannot wait to go back.

Always a great experience. Service is always great. A warm cozy ambiance. We like to sit in lounge and go for their food HH menu. Typically, order a few apps and get a salad and entree from the standard menu. The chopped salad is very good and the chicken sandwich was delicious. The steaks are by far one of the best! You can’t not love that hot plate with sizzling butter. Mmm Mmm. Always a solid choice for HH and dinner.

We had a fantastic experience at Ruth’s Chris. Started with the shrimp cocktail and a well-crafted mocktail for Dry January. I ordered the lamb chops cooked medium with garlic mashed potatoes — absolutely perfect. My wife had the scallops with risotto, which were cooked beautifully.
Even better, our kids shared a kids’ meal that was prepared perfectly for them, which we really appreciated. Dessert was the molten chocolate lava cake, and it was rich enough to comfortably share between four people.

I had an incredible dining experience at Ruth’s Chris in Tampa thanks to our server, Gerald. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Gerald was professional, attentive, and friendly without ever being overbearing.
He knew the menu inside and out, gave excellent recommendations, and timed everything perfectly throughout the meal. Every detail from drink refills to clearing plates was handled smoothly. It’s rare to encounter someone who strikes the perfect balance between efficiency and warmth, but Gerald absolutely nailed it.
Ruth’s Chris is known for its food, but our experience was made truly memorable by the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning soon and asking for Gerald by name!

This Ruth’s Chris location is challenging. We arrived on a rainy day and the entire parking lot was coned off for valet parking which isn’t needed at 4:00 in the afternoon. The hostess kept us waiting since the restaurant didn’t open on time. Food was okay. Lobster was way overcooked, everything else was acceptable. This restaurant is dark and outdated. Service was wonderful – we lucked out with a friendly server. Overall, not my favorite for the price.

The Crab cakes were Phenomenal! Mark greeted my table to check on my dining experience. Marco was my server and very kind and punctual. The vallet attendant Namiti was very kind and took a few pictures for me! Overall wonderful experience and atmosphere. Also the music was decent with an eclectic variety! The hosts were kind, professional and sincere. Excellent service!!!
