It was great the first few times. However my recent visit. My order was wrong. I wanted a Vanilla. And an extra shot of VANILLA in my coffee drink. But the young lady put down. Banana. I don’t want that. I went back around to get it fixed however it was still wrong so I didn’t even give them a 3rd try to fix it. They didn’t give me my extra shot of VANILLA as well, as I ordered a blended ice coffee. My drink wasn’t made how I ordered it. Spent almost $26 for two drinks. And I wasnt pleased how my order wasn’t made properly. Or otherwise I’d be giving a 5 star. I hope they didn’t spit in my drink when they went to take my cup out of my view to make it the second time.
Even when you speak loud and clear like big Bertha they still get it wrong. However it’s a 50/50 on that.
Other times, I would recommend everyone to order in the app rather than just ordering at the window.

Great coffee. Terrible business model. And their app is complete crap. 15 minutes to order with 2 people in front of me and over 20 minutes total time for a cup of coffee. I’ll stick with the mermaid or scoot on by from here on out. Seriously. Who has this much time to wait for coffee?

I drove through. The lady came to my car and took my order. I got a large mocha freeze with whipped topping and chocolate syrup. The total was $8.50. I waited roughly 2 minutes and my order was up. The lady at the window provided service with a smile and was nice.

This is some awesome coffee. Love the caramel and the wife loves the 911. Good banana bread and other snacks. We have a new update, we were going several days a week for our coffees. We had stopped by for a last minute coffee and it was 15 minutes before closing. We tipped the girls gave them our appreciation and left. When we started drinking we noticed something odd about our drinks but had brushed it off. When we finished our drinks we both became very sick. We were sick for several days afterwards. We went from spending $20 a day to $0,still to this day the thought of a Dutch brothers makes our stomach turn.

I come here every day and I absolutely love this location. I love the people that work here unfortunately, I literally just left the drive-through and I watched the barista pet all over these dogs in the car in front of me. Then she tried to hand me my coffee, so I had to ask her to go wash her hands! She got an attitude and sent somebody else to the window I’m not OK with that. That’s disgusting.

They have the best coffee, better than Starbucks! Also their tea and lemonade is really delicious! I just got electric berry tea, raspberry and lime flavored, and tigers blood lemonade, strawberry and coconut flavored.
