Fiorella’s offers a beautifully curated dining environment with an atmosphere that is both elegant and distinctly feminine. Soft color palettes, warm lighting, and thoughtful décor contribute to a space that feels inviting and visually refined, one of the restaurant’s strongest attributes.
The meal itself delivered mixed results. The scallops, while attractively plated, were overly sweet, which overshadowed their natural flavor and created an imbalance in the dish. The chicken parmesan was served in a generous portion but was over fried, resulting in a heavier texture that detracted from the overall enjoyment. The tiramisu stood out as the most successful course, offering balanced sweetness, well defined layers, and a pleasing espresso note.
Service, however, presented several challenges. The primary server appeared unbothered and minimally engaged, and water glasses were not refilled, contributing to a sense of inattentiveness. There was also a miscommunication regarding rewards, and clarification required flagging down a different server to correct the issue. Additionally, other tables received the restaurant’s secret envelope promotion, while this table did not, resulting in an inconsistent and noticeably uneven experience.
While Fiorella’s excels in ambiance, the combination of uneven food execution, service gaps, and the oversight involving promotions and rewards diminished the overall visit. Based on this experience, a return visit does not seem likely.

went to this restaurant on Friday, the 19th, for a get-together and absolutely loved everything. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the drinks were perfectly made, and even the dessert was incredible truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Because I enjoyed it so much, I came back the very next day, Saturday the 20th, and once again, everything was outstanding. The service was impeccable, the drinks were delicious, and the food had incredible flavor. I ordered a different dish this time and was blown away again.
I also brought my husband with me on the second visit, and he loved it just as much. Consistently amazing food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend we will definitely be back!

We went out for the dinner date and loved our time at the restaurant. Its a nice, small and cozy restaurant. We really liked tge server’s promt and knowledgeable service, where she was able to provide best service i have seen in recent times. They were flexible enough to customize our order and service was fast. It looked really big in pics but as per me, its not as big as it shows up in pics. Food preps were great too. Overall, will definitely go out there more than once.

First time at Fiorellas in Burlington. Very impressive Italian cuisine. Food was delicious. Definitely have to get the toasted ravioli! Mmm so good. Chicken parmasean was delicious as well. Tiramisu for dessert was yummy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Are they serious?? This was the second time I was ordering this dish because it was great the first time. Packed with lots of different veggies (as it should be, since they’re a sub. option for the pasta), plenty of chicken cutlet on top, and right amount of sauce.
I order delivery, and THIS is what I get! I wish I was joking. This is exactly how it arrived. Less than half full, some soupy broccoli and mushrooms. THAT’S IT. For over $28!!! The bag was sealed so this was 100% on Fiorella’s. How does this even happen??? Unreal. Now I’m in the process of battling DoorDash for a refund. Thanks!

Beautiful atmosphere, suitable for a nice date or evening with friends and family. I wouldn’t recommend there for families with small children. Everything we tried was delicious including cocktails, and we were really happy with our server. Also quality/price ratio is right. Free parking around the mall.

First time trying their food, went with my food group to try out their menu and was not disappointed! Recently came back from Italy and had told my friends I missed the food, one said this place might help and it did not disappoint! I found the gnocchi to be amazing, even when I didn’t finish it completely, it was still amazing the next day which is very unusual in my experience, but a happy surprise! The sauce they used was unreal, the chicken was on par, and honestly had a really good time. Will be going back again, definitely want to taste test a few other items next time around.

This restaurant exceeds my expections by a lot. The food, service, and atmosphere is fantastic and all around a great dining experience. I grew up going to the Newton location, I’m happy to see they’ve expanded.
They give complimentary soft flatbread sticks with marinara to start off. We got the Prosciutto & Honey Flatbread as our appetizer and that was delicious. The flatbread looked so good that the table next to us could not keep their eyes off it. It was delivered warm and we got plenty of cheese pulls from it.
Entrees – I got the Beef Ragu Pasta because I was enticed by the fresh made pasta. That dish did not disappoint and it was absolutely divine. The short rib was juicy and melts apart. My husband got the Seafood Fra Diavolo pasta and that was also amazing. There is a fair amount of seafood (~ 6 shrimp, 2 scallops, 12 clams). He could not stop eating it which he needed to, to make room for dessert. I think his pasta would’ve been even better if it came with fresh made pasta. His pasta was still fantastic with the regular linguini.
Dessert – We got the Peanut Butter Ice Cream pie which looking at the menu did not stand out to us, but someone next to us got that and it looked good. So because we saw it in person, we decided to get it which was the best decision. We aren’t even a huge fan of peanut butter ice cream but this really hit. They give you a big hefty slice, definitely a serving for 2. The picture does not display how big of a portion it is in person.
Overall a great dining experience and our server, John, was excellent and catered to our every need. He even filled our water glasses up promptly and it was a busy night. Something I note because we always have an issue with getting our water glasses filled in other restaurants. 10/10 would recommend dining here!

We wanted light lunch so we Caesar salad, fried Ravioli & gnocchi. The highlight of my meal was the Caesar salad, which was wonderfully crunchy and fresh. However, the fried ravioli and pasta could definitely use some refinement to truly shine.
On the plus side, the ambience of the restaurant was delightful, making it an enjoyable place to relax and savor a meal. Overall, while there were some hits and misses, the experience was pleasant.

Fiorella’s is an absolutely stunning gem of a restaurant at the Burlington Mall.
The atmosphere is elegant and bright. It is perfect for a girls night, a family dinner, or even hosting an event like a baby shower or business dinner.
The food is very fresh and delicious. They have a gluten free pizza crust that is hands down the best I have ever had and I can eat gluten but I would get the gluten free over regular cause it is that good.
The service is friendly and makes you feel right at home. If you truly want an incredible experience that is reasonably priced you have to check Fiorellas out!
I expect it will be a hot spot in no time.
