Food was just OK this time. We both had spicy grilled catfish and didn’t finish it. A couple of the filet’s were quite tough consistency, chewy. Vegetables were delicious, service was good, restaurant was pretty cold we actually moved our table seating closer to fireplace. I think the air conditioner was on and the weather outside was below freezing but I guess it must be warmer inside, nevertheless, fireplace was cozy

Disappointing visit…Took my 98-year old WWII veteran friend out for lunch. The atmosphere at Cracker Barrel is always nicely “Americana” with its memorabilia of our country a hundred years ago. Menu offerings are plentiful and service this visit was acceptable. My guest ordered the meatloaf with two sides and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my choice of salad topped with grilled chicken was terrible. The chicken was rubbery and I wound up leaving most of it in the plate. Server Angelica apologized when I told her at the end of the meal and brought a desert to accommodate. This was my first bad meal in my many years as a Cracker Barrels customer. In the future, I’ll not order chicken in any form!

I want to say we eat at Cracker Barrel pretty often all over the US, as we travel extensively. The service was okay here, BUT our experience turned bad after we got our food. Because one of my sides was turnip greens and I picked a bad day to order them here I guess. Upon arrival of my food I kept smelling something weird (rotten or spoiled), but I ate anyways bc I was hungry. The first bite of greens I ate with my other food and I thought something was a bit off. The 2nd bite I ate by itself and I had to IMMEDIATELY spit it out. It was SOOO horrible, I don’t know what the heck was wrong with it and I can’t even explain the smell. It was definitely spoiled or rotten somehow. Now if a restaurant makes it right after I make them aware of something I don’t typically write a bad review, crap happens. But after bringing the issue up with our waitress, she smelled the food and absolutely agreed it was bad, and so was the replacement she tried bringing out. I dont believe a customer should have to ask to get spoiled uneaten food taken off their ticket… it was not taken off the ticket. Terrible experience. I’m still gonna eat at Cracker Barrels but I will definitely not be back to this one.

Food was really good and very appealing! Dharma was my server and she did a very good job! Checked up on me consistently, had very good customer service, the best attitude, very welcoming, and did it all while being very busy! If anyone deserves a raise it’s her! I definitely will be coming back to the Belton Cracker Barrel location!

Great experience over all. We had an amazing waitress Star. She made sure everything was right and made sure we had everything we needed. Always made sure our drinks were filled and checked up on us. She made it a very welcoming environment and had a smile on her face. Food was amazing!

We came here today for Thanksgiving lunch and even though the restaurant was absolutely packed, the experience was outstanding. Our server, Ashley, never skipped a beat. She stayed on top of everything with a great attitude and we never had to wait for anything service related which honestly surprised me given that every seat in the place was full.
Anna, the General Manager, clearly runs this location like a well oiled machine. You can tell when someone truly has the experience to run an establishment the right way. Not only did the customers receive excellent service, but the staff seemed less stressed and genuinely positive, which says a lot, especially on a holiday.
Huge thanks to Ashley and Anna for making a busy Thanksgiving meal feel smooth, enjoyable, and well taken care of. Outstanding job by the entire team!

We were greeted immediately by staff with a warm welcome, seated quickly and with no wait our server took our drink order. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. Felt like a home cooked meal at grandmas on a Sunday afternoon.

Man, let me tell you!!!…. Good Lord woke me up this morning… Mmmm….. Belly started to growl. Do ya hear me? Mmhhmmm. So I got out of bed. Mmmmm. Hallelujah. Got my wallet out to see how much I cash I had so I can go to the McDonald’s and get me a biscuit. But let me tell ya something. Mmmmm. The good Lord intervened. Forgot I had a gift card as a Christmas present to the good ol, cracker barrel. Keytomyhondashouldaboughtahonda. Placed a online order for the honey butter chicken. Drove 20 minutes to pick up that meal. Let me tell ya something church. That meal did not make it to the interstate church family. Go get y’all one. You will not be disappointed. Matter of fact. It was so good I had to call and speak with a young man by the name of Ben and let Ben know that the honey butter chicken is the best. He said he’d pass my message along.

Erica E. is a fantastic waitress, very polite and on top of her tables. 1 out of 3 of us enjoyed their meal. The chicken was very bland, fries were not very good. The floors felt so greasy.
