An excellent Italian restaurant. The level of service is very high, a quiet place with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty. We ordered a burrata salad and carpaccio as starters, continued with lasagna and ravioli, and finished with the classic tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the dishes were served on time with no waiting. Definitely a recommended place. Reservations are required on busy days. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors.

Gloria Gati was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was incredible. Steven was an outstanding server and truly went above and beyond to be warm, attentive, and accommodating.
I started with the Alitalia with basil pesto, ricotta, confit tomatoes, chili oil, and balsamic reduction, which was beautifully balanced and full of flavor. For my main entrée, I had the Rigatoni alla Vodka, creamy, rich, and perfectly executed with roasted tomato sauce, vodka, cream, and aged Parmesan.
To top it all off, dessert was the Torta al Cioccolato. A warm chocolate cake with a molten center, almond crumble, butterscotch sauce, and Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Absolutely phenomenal and the perfect ending to the meal.
Fantastic food, exceptional service, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend. This place is a must visit.

A beautiful restaurant with a romantic and old school atmosphere. Beautiful setting and attention to detail as far as the design. Food is good but nothing impressive, there are definitely other better Italian restaurants around. Service was fine at the beginning but then somehow they forgot about is – no wine refill, no asking if we wanted another dish or dessert, just odd, don’t they want to make money?

I had an amazing experience at Gloria Gati in Athens. Everything was perfect, from the cozy atmosphere to the food. I did forget to mention that I don’t eat garlic and onions, and when we received our dishes, they kindly reminded us that we hadn’t asked for no garlic, which was true, my mistake. Despite that, they went out of their way to bring me a delicious pasta which i ordered after with tomato sauce dish on the house, without me even asking for it. The service was good, and the food was tasty. A truly thoughtful gesture and a great dining experience! Highly recommend!

A small space in the heart of Athens promises a journey through beautiful Italy. If you choose to sit at the tables located either on the terrace or on the sidewalk, be prepared to squeeze in, as both the tables and the surrounding area are incredibly small. Regarding the menu, whatever you choose will not leave you astounded. If you truly want to enjoy not only the food but also your stay at the restaurant, I would recommend visiting its sister restaurant located in Glyfada, Vittoria Gati.

I would take a flight back to Athens just to eat from here one more time. Today my friends and I ate at Gloria Gati to end our Athens tour. Best decision we’ve made our entire trip. Had an amazing dinner for our last night in Greece. The gnocchi was so smooth it melts in your mouth, I was craving a good gnocchi before leaving Europe and it did not disappoint including the lasagna. The staffs were so welcoming and sweet and the atmosphere was really does make you feel like Italy.

The people are so nice and friendly. Always smiling and checking in if you’re in need of anything.
The food was cooked perfectly and the portions are great. Food is not heavy at all and very light to digest.
I was going there for my anniversary with my girlfriend and they even got us a complimentary Tiramisu dessert with a chocolate powder shaped heart.
Perfect is an understatement to this place.
