Wow its been 30 years since I visited Red Lobster and things have definitely changed. The lunch specials are huge and delicious for $15.99. I ate the delicious biscuits before I took the photo.
I was delightfully surprised and will be back.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had period, the server was practically ignoring me. The mashed potatoes me and my wife had, appeared to have set out for hours and had a hard film over them. The biscuits were stale and cold the soda was flat. I don’t think I could think of a worse way to spend money. And when I brought my issues up, with my server she offered to take the mashed potatoes off, came back and said I can’t separate the side from the dish. So I paid full price didn’t eat but 2 pieces of shrimp and half a biscuit, and got treated like it was my fault for not wanting to eat the foul food. Do not come here this is God awful thank you for ruining my night.

My husband and I wanted to go to red lobster to celebrate a special event for us, and we were so disappointed. We ended up leaving before the food even hit our table. When we arrived we immediately noticed a sour atmosphere with employees (from management on down) they were yelling, using profanity, throwing things, talking badly about customers, threatening customers, etc. We tried to give it a shot bc everyone has a bad day now and again. We sat for 45 mins to be told that our food was given to another table. Then another 30 mins went by and we were told our order was “next up to be made”. At that point we had witnessed enough and decided to cut our losses and go somewhere else. Our server was nice and you could tell he was trying his best but they definitely need to clean house and hire more professional employees from the management level on down.

I ordered two family seafood boils for my daughter’s 18th birthday party. The hostess was waiting for me as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman finishing bagging my order handed me the first bag and said he will follow me out with the second bag. Both staff members were very friendly, helpful and it made picking up the order so easy. The food was ready to go and everyone, especially the birthday girl, loved it. It was perfect.

Mom and I dined at Colerain Red Lobster this past Sunday, and everything exceeded our expectations. I appreciate both the booth and chairs at the same table. Easy for mom to get up from the chair and comfortable for me in the booth. Our waiter, Dustin S., was outstanding and truly delightful, with a professional charm that kept both Mom and I laughing. The food was absolutely delicious- and the brownie and ice cream…yum. Great job to the chefs! Thank you Red Lobsters, for a wonderful experience, and Dustin, you are amazing!!!

our waitress didn’t come to check on us AT all last time we saw her was when she took our order, then we we get our food i asked 5 separate waitresses for a side of ranch took over 30 minutes to get that, there was a bunch of people leaving and complaining about the service. do NOT come here. overpriced crappy food.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I called a week prior to our group dinner and they said we could have the back room for our party of 16. We got there tonight, about 15 min prior to our reservation. I gave our name and the hostess told me it would be 10 min. She then told me that we could not use the back room bc they had a party of 35 coming in an hour. They said they could sit us at another table and booths. My husband spoke to another manager I guess and they finally said we could use the room but had to be out by an hour. I will say the waitress was very nice. She did a nice job. However, the manager came in at 7 pm and told us we had to leave right then bc the other group was there standing outside the room. She hurriedly rushed us out. I had told them we were celebrating 4 birthdays. They didn’t even give us a chance to order dessert. The manager earlier had said the group after had scheduled their reservation a month before. Apparently no one pays attention or they could have told me when I called. We were rushed out. Seems this place is more concerned about getting as many people as possible squeezed in versus caring about customers enjoying their meal. I will not be going back anytime soon to this red lobster.

My daughters’ reserved the back room for 7 pm 2/21/26 for their Dad’s 70th birthday. Couldn’t get in because there was a party still in there so our guests had to wait. The food was cold, there was supposed to be 2 waitresses, there was one, carry out orders had been requested, didn’t happen, no drink refills, kept requesting bread. Finally got it on they way out and it was burned. This Red Lobster has not changed. They cannot handle large parties. Terrible service, food, restaurant.

Our server for today was Day for Dinner! She did an excellent job and was attentive and very professional. She checked on our table serveal times to replenish beverages and any needs we may have had. Food came out and flavorful. I enjoyed my meal 10 out of 10! Good Job Day!
