The bowl they gave me was tiny and the rice was hard. This is not a correct serving size. The lady working the drive through was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a fork. Just go to another location, this one is terrible.

Seriously had my daughter go get us lunch she wanted . We eat there at least once a week and this is what she brought back this is not the first time . Can’t call your location and not driving another 30 minutes to bring it back . This is literally like half of what normally gets put in the bowl and we paid for extra queso and chicken . Talk about portion control this is like a mini kids meal for 13 dollars .

The manager with braces was so impatient with me and practically flung all the food in my bowl. I should not feel like I’m an inconvenience to YOU. I was also given awful portions. The tables are covered with food and filthy. The rice was also undercooked. I’ve been here a prior time before and I waited 25 minutes for my food because they didnt have rice or chicken, I was told it’d be 5 minutes.

Horrible customer service they try to rush you even though they’re pretty empty! Tables were extremely dirty! Their chips are stale and their chicken’s not even good just super cold! Just disgusting save your money go somewhere else !!!

Being a service to customers is extremely important, and this new location completely missed the mark. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was greeted by a male employee (white, dark brown hair) who said hello but then rushed through my order like he couldn’t wait to be done. What really upset me was watching how differently he treated other customers who didn’t look like me (I’m Black). He was patient with them, called them “ma’am,” and took his time — but with me, it was the complete opposite.
The line wasn’t even long, so there was no excuse. I honestly lost my appetite watching how carelessly my food was prepared. This was my first time visiting this location, and it’ll probably be my last.

I come in and you’re out of peppers and they say they’re out for the rest of the night. Every time I come and they’re out of something.. and then they act like it’s a big hassle to make it fresh …they look like they don’t even like their job. How are you out of something for the rest of the night it’s only eight o’clock? Make it fresh ain’t that which yall get paid to do?

every-time i come to this chipotle it’s absolutely disgusting inside. there is food thrown everywhere, every single table and seat is dirty. the food is alright but i never get full portions. not to mention whenever you do a pickup order they forget half of what you ordered.

Great food no complaints! Clean atmosphere which is a plus!! But STEPHANIE has a nasty attitude, she gave me dirty looks the entire time I was ordering my bowl. I spoke when I got to the register, she did NOT speak, just had a weird smirk, she has very negative energy!

Would rate less than one if available. Were out of 3 of their meats, no peppers, no queso, no shredded cheese, no lettuce, pico was super watery even after asking for it to be well drained.…. Then they proceeded to make food for the next 7 people in line before checking me out (taking almost 10 minutes) once I finally paid the fountain drink dispenser was broken, there were no forks, no napkins, and when I asked for them to fill my cups with their drive thru fountain machine I was met with attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. To top it off, the chips were stale. Would rate with negative stars if possible. Will never be back.
