My husband ordered the wrong pizza for me, and I was willing to pick the toppings off and eat it. However the pizza was soggy and tasted disgusting. When I called the store the manager named Trey said that they would never send out an under cooked pizza and that because of the vegetable toppings it could appear more wet and “my fault” for ordering vegetables. So basically I was lying because there was no way their pizza could be soggy. I explained that I have had the gluten free crust many times with even more toppings and vegetables and those have been fine. This one was not like the others. The manager was unwilling to do anything for us and said he was busy and hung up. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I sent corporate a message and I am hoping they will make this right. I really try to find the positives but spending $25 on a pizza I didn’t eat because of the poor quality really made for a sad evening. They could have simply remade the pizza but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

I placed my order online. I walked in and the gentleman said he would be with me in a minute, I saw that he was making dough. He had no gloves on. He walked over to the register and handed me my receipt to sign even though I paid online. He handed me my pizza and did not say anything when I said thank you. And he walked away and went back to making dough without washing his hands or putting on gloves after touching the register which I imagine is a filthy germ fest!!!! I was shocked and grossed out and went home and immediately put my pizza in the garbage because I was scared I would get food poisoning. It seems to me that this Papa John’s needs a manager for the store and I am more than willing to take on this position!

The staff is extremely rude. The guy in the store saw me entering the outlet but still went inside the room. I called him at least 5 times and even rang the call bell a few times but the guy didn’t come out. When I went back and asked him, he behaved rudely and asked me to step back. I was just inquiring about my pizza order which was lying on the shelf and I just needed their consent to pick it up. I won’t order at this store again.

Whoever the guy is who is bald has a beard and wears a hat is super rude, unprofessional and treats the employees like crap. He laughed in my face when I told him he needed to stop being rude. He then pretended that he didn’t hear me and started laughing some more. He needs a serious attitude adjustment and be relieved of his duties. You are in customer service not another job. Hope management sees this and does something. He is absolutely not customer service concerned and wouldn’t want to even work here with someone who is rude and not at all respectful.

We were picking up our lunch at the Papa John’s and experienced a sudden emergency and had to leave by ambulance, and the manager was so kind and understanding and totally remade our food for us for when we were discharged from the hospital. It was really nice.

I didn’t visit the store, but had a delivery. I have no complaints about the mobile app, ordering process, or the service. But one of these pizzas is NOT like the other and it’s pretty disappointing. They say you eat with your eyes first, and that is a fact.

Would give zero stars if I could. Messed up the entire order. Pizza barely warm and not what I ordered at all. Couldn’t even get salad dressing right. Order info was correct on box – so don’t understand except for incompetency why I didn’t receive what I ordered.
Supposed to be extra sauce and there in minimal to none and light cheese – would hate to see extra cheese.

Our third favorite pizza place in Snohomish county. First favorite for ‘fast food pizza.’ Great deals on the app. We prefer extra sauce and over baked. Peppers are a nice touch.
