12/15/25: We stopped in after a successful shopping trip to Dillard’s. Rafael started us off with delicious mango and strawberry margaritas for happy hour to enjoy with their popular warm loaf of bread with cinnamon butter. Yum! For dinner we both enjoyed dinner portion Caesar salads; one with salmon and one with steak. Both salads were absolutely perfect with a tangy Caesar dressing. A very satisfying meal! I do not recommend this place at all! The food is disgusting and dried out looks like it has sat under the light for hours on end..Took about 45 minutes for us to to receive our food in an empty restaurant. I would suggest an actual Texas Roadhouse that’s part of the chain as this one is privately owned and it SUCKS! The prices are ridiculous for the nasty food they serve

Well as explained to to by the staff it’s “similar to a Texas Roadhouse, but family owned and not part of the chain” in appearance indistinguishable from the chain however, what you receive the order is clearly different. Fatty ribs.With an extremely porky taste, the sirloin steak was marginally better but looked as if they had been bleached. Not sure about that. The bread, although doused with honey was very bland. The only good part about the bill was the salad. Did not make the mistake of thinking is the Texas actual roadhouse you will regret it. We will not be coming back here☹️

Not the chain very confusing really we stayed as how much different than the chain could it b! Salad was so so,steak was the showpiece, baked a little old. Bread at start ok. Our server really great. The inside needs a freshen and brightening nice local crowd at the bar. The hook and barrel steak was nothing compared to this restaurant but charged a lot more

I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star review, it really needs to be negative stars. We came in a with a large party, were told that they could accommodate all of us, once we were seated the table was not large enough to fit all of us and the rest of our party had to sit at another table away from the group. It took forever to get water or drinks, food came out 1 person at a time without it all coming out at once so the whole table could eat together. My daughter didn’t even get her meal until she asked about it and then was told her food was given to another table,half the food was cold and inedible, after speaking to the manager they did remove her meal from the check. Management needs to do better with how they run the restaurant and do better with supporting and training their wait staff. I would not recommend this place.

My family ate here on our vacation. The server was Chase. The food was mediocre at best. Had to ask for refills. Their was four of us and beware they add gratuity to tables 4 or more. Then they circle the price and star the suggested tips area to trick you to pay extra tip. Luckily we were smart enough to pay attention and he did not get more money out of us. We will not be visiting this restaurant again. If there was anyway possible I would give them -0 stars!

I was so disappointed. We went to dinner as a family last night and the trouble started almost from the beginning. We placed our orders and waited about 15 minutes for our drinks. Not a huge deal, when we ordered, we ordered an appetizer sampler and our entrees. I figured he would send the apps first but the entrees came first. No butter or sour cream on loaded baked potatoes, 2 entrees were missing side dishes. I asked the server to cancel the appetizer at that point and take it off my bill. Requested sour cream for everyone, received 1 cup. Had to ask for and wait on refills. When we were nearly done the salad finally came(one of the missing sides, should have technically been served before the meal) The other one never came despite constant reassurance it was almost done. RIP to the most overcooked onion rings ever. They took a couple dollars off my bill for that too, after I asked. When I went to pay I noticed an automatic gratuity of $30 on my check. We were a party of 4 with a baby. Did he realize I was going to punish his poor service and add that on? Was that the reason for the poor service because he knew he was getting tipped regardless? I probably won’t be back, there are too many other great options in the area to waste my money. The food we did get was good. The service was just awful.

The atmosphere and wait staff here were very nice. Our waitress was kind and accommodating. The food wasn’t great. The green beans tasted like they came from a school cafeteria. The pulled pork was so dry and bland that I had to send it back. If you’re looking for a good meal, I would consider other options.

Food was horrible. Burger was burnt and prime rib was fatty and had a boiled texture. Corn was reheated from previous nights. We told the server Marly who was amazing who went to get the manager to speak to us. The manager (Hank) refused to speak to us and sent her back to the table to feed us excuses about the slow cooking process of prime rib. This manager is should not be operating a restaurant if he doesn’t know what to say to take care of the customers. He referred to himself as the kitchen hen manager and basically if we didn’t like what he was saying we could pay and leave. Extremely combative with us and disrespectful. I’m assuming since I’m a female he thought he could try to demean me and talk to me however he wanted. Super sad. Will never be back to this location and hope Marly finds a job where management doesn’t put her in situations like this again. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Zero Stars!!! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I ordered a steak, baked potato, and a salad. My wife ordered soup and a salad. I didn’t receive my salad until I was already halfway through my meal, and my wife didn’t receive her soup or salad until everyone at the table was completely finished eating.
Our waiter was nowhere to be found most of the time, and we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. Unfortunately, the poor service wasn’t shocking considering they automatically charge a 20% gratuity for parties of four or more, leaving zero incentive to actually provide good service.
To make matters worse, they added a fee for using a debit card. I mentioned the federal rules regarding debit card surcharges, and both the waiter and manager were informed, yet they still refused to remove the fee.
I spent nearly $100 — my wife didn’t even eat and I was forced to pay gratuity for terrible service, plus additional fee just to pay my bill. Absolutely unacceptable.
