Been ordering here for over a year and the food is always great. Especially the ribs, for a pizza joint they are so amazing. People are always kind and when they deliver are always polite. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the restaurant itself is a little out dated. Pool table and games as well as the decor should be refreshed.

Terrible service. We were the only ones there, family of 6. Lady was rude and clearly annoyed by our presence. Food was okay. Other Ricos locations have better food, atmosphere and hospitality. Definitely will take the time to drive to farther locations.

Honestly, we keep trying to give Rico’s Hughson a chance but the quality of the pizza is like a store bought pizza. Nothing to brag about. It’s barely average.

I am so insanely impressed with my service today from Billie! My daughter and I went with a family friend and her child to celebrate her 8th birthday. She did everything to make us feel special and catered to. She was so polite and friendly. And she tried to do any extras that she could to make her feel like she was having a little party. This type of serving is so refreshing and I hope the owner knows how rare it is to have this kind of help. Thank you again! And thank you to the owner as well. He later came in and made a point to talk to us. It was greatly appreciated. Again, way to make a little on the cheap bday feel nice and fun!

Hello, I use to order from Rico’s pizza a long time ago however just because I forgot to pick up the order this was also before Covid as well, they told me. I couldn’t ever order again that I was written up in the system for it. I did up picking up my order paying for it even after apologizing not picking up at the time that was needed for me to pick up they restricted me from ordering, they have terrible customer service can’t comprehend that people make mistakes they made it seem like I worked for Rico’s to restrict a customer coming is terrible they are very rude not friendly, I would avoid going here if possible order pizza somewhere else clearly they are not understanding nor do they understand customer service.

I’m not the kind to complain but when I called it lasted a total of 1minute in the phone and in that time the worker who said her name was Billy laughed at me as well as sighed when I told her one second to confirm what the pizza was going to be and said I need to be prepared. I work in a similar field where I deal with customers calling and I will never treat a customer who wants to place an order like the way I was treated in a one minute phone call. Food is good had it twice but this interaction made me not dine here again.
