They took my payment first and then told me to pull up for two corn dogs—with no warning about a delay. I was directed to pull forward when there was no space because a maintenance truck was beside me, blocking traffic and forcing me to circle the building. After waiting well over 10 minutes with zero communication, I left without my order.
If there’s going to be a wait, that needs to be said before taking someone’s money. This was poor drive-thru management, poor communication, and a complete waste of time.

Just about every time when I go in the mornings the system always down and last week I ordered on app once I arrived to store the young lady informed me that they didn’t take Bread out the freezer so I couldn’t get my order due to bread being frozen! When we pulled up to the drive thru the young lady on the speaker already sounded like we were inconveniencing her from the get-go. When we asked for an egg and cheese breakfast burrito she replied “It’ll be a wait” I asked how long? She replied “Well we have to cook the eggs” like she was annoyed (and also not really answering my question of how long the wait would be). I mean I would hope you cook most things there! So we got our food and the burrito had bacon when we specifically asked for no meat. This is a big deal for people who have dietary restrictions. Stay away from Camden Sonic, its terrible.

This is why you don’t strictly hire young children to work adult jobs. How hard is it to make a hotdog? Pretty hard when your work sign says have fun . This is honestly becoming a problem playing around and making sloppy food because having fun at work is what you’re all about do better Sonic! (From different sonics but as you can tell same service) this is edited because no I will not complain to corporate for something that is easily fixable without them , stop being children!

The attitudea from these employees are ridiculous. There’s no reason someone should be so rude because a customer pulled up to a stall. Literally walked to the front stall and still was waiting 10 mins never places my order because it was not worth it. Rather travel to Columbia then go back to this one

HORRIABLE experience, the female worker comes to the window didn’t speak or nothing so I said Hi how are you? SHE SAYS SHE JUST WANTED TO EAT HER FOOD……. SMH THENNN LYN A MALE comes to the window to hand me my drink which was a medium size, I I informed him that the female employee did not inquire about my size, and I had requested a small. Subsequently, he slammed the window shut, picked up a small cup, and poured the drink into it, with his hand partially covering the rim, and the drink passed over his hand into my cup. When I asked for a remake, he slammed the door once more. Afterward, he appeared to discuss the situation with the other workers.
