Today was a disappointment. I am here a few times a week to eat and it seems the portions are getting smaller and smaller. This morning’s breakfast the spicy biscuit the meat was not even the size of a sauce packet. Seems like better can be done. Might be getting breakfast elsewhere after this.

We did the drive through. Never in my life had I seen controlled chaos except in the Marine Corps! SEMPER FI. I absolutely love the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich! The reason you didn’t get 5 stars. We requested sauce with our sandwiches. Somebody skimmed on sauce day! Three sandwiches two sauces! Really!

This review is based on three recent drive through experiences since their re-opening so if you’re planning on dining in not sure if you’ll receive the same treatment. But I love Chick-Fil-A. I will probably continue to dine at other locations in the future although I haven’t since this occurred. But two times in a row, I ordered the same chicken salad, cold fillet in the drive through line through the app. I don’t think each salad is made fresh to order especially with cold fillet but still and so, I was told to pull around and park to wait each time. Which I did , resulting in 20 minute wait times for these salads. Unnecessarily and unfortunate because as I said, I really love the food. On a third occasion they told me to pull around so I cancelled my mobile order and I called to receive a refund. Nasya, I believe, the manager I spoke to was very rude and told me to reach out to corporate, which I did. It took upwards of a week to receive a refund of $10 from the Pompano Location, which I am grateful for, I just won’t be returning. I know they pride themselves on customer service but something has been off since the re-opening. That’s my story, dramatic as it may sound this is fast food, not rocket science. Thanks.

Listen.. I am an avid Chick Fil A girlie, and I will ALWAYS ride for this company. However, I had a negative encounter with a Chick Fil A team member for the first time in my entire life at the Federal Hwy location. I visited on 01/09/26 at 11:40am. There were two Hispanic looking young ladies working the drive through. One had her hair in a bun and the other (the one in reference) was more heavy set and had her hair in a regular ponytail.
The young lady in reference was so rude and impatient. For one, she never greeted me, although I greeted her. Went straight to asking for a name. She kept doing this weird thing where I’d say something and she’d hear something completely different, and her response would be something slick and attitude-filled? Then she’s realize she heard what I said wrong and correct herself. At one point, I had to look at her like “Are you okay?”. I guess she didn’t like me matching her attitude with an attitude so she stuck the card reader through my window. As soon as she heard the beep, she walked away from my car while mumbling “Have a good one”. No eye contact, no nothing.
I always choose Chick Fil A because I can ALWAYS count on quality customer service and quality food. I can’t speak for others, but the customer service experience plays a big part in why I love this company. I needed to say something about this encounter because that kind of attitude is not the norm for this establishment and I’m hoping that she’s not treating others how she treated me.
Hoping the manager at this location sees this and addresses this with her.

Paking lot was very tight. Not many spots available for parking if you’re going inside. Many signs letting you know they will tow if you park in adjoining lots. Drive thru employees seemed a little confused not knowing which cars have given their orders already. Line went fast though. Food was ok.

I went here for the chicken nuggets and chicken strips. I get the box only. The Sriracha sauce is my favorite. Then I get the fruit cup preferably the large I they have it. Drink is unsweet tea or diet coke. This location wasn’t so bad population wise. The line was much shorter than the lines in Miami. They need to better clean the restroom. Other than that, it was good

Got home and this is what I pull out of the bag. Half full fries. Thanks chik fila. Glad to see you’re back open to serve more disappointments. Guess they have to cut corners to make up for lost revenue from being closed for 4 months.

It’s great , always busy they have a platoon of kids working to get you through . Drive-through and rush-hour is gonna take you about 20-30 min be prepared for that. Is Chick-fil-a if you know it, you know it it’s good. It’s clean. Ect .

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. During my lunch break, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I took a bite, I was horrified to find a wrapper inside the sandwich. This is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I could have been allergic to anything in that wrapper, putting my health at serious risk. I spent my hard-earned money on this meal only to be disgusted and let down. This experience has made me question the cleanliness and quality control at Chick-fil-A. I expected much better from a place known for its high standards.
