Appetizer, bacon wrapped scallops were mouthwatering delicious. Lunch with Caesar wrapped salad shrimp and my husband had a mahi fish sandwich. The potato chips were warm freshly made Services amazing great atmosphere. Their tables are very interesting. Lots to look at lots of fish. The dolphins came by while we were sitting there eating lunch. Lots of birds you can walk out through the pier quite a ways and stretch your legs after lunch.

Recently went to Squid lips for dinner. The food was really good. We had the chips and queso and fried fish for appetizers.
And fish n chips, shrimp basket and a BBQ burger for our meal.
We sat out at the pier to eat. We could hear music at the bar next to the parking but there wasn’t much going on where we sat.
Everyone was nice and attentive. The food was delicious

You definitely can’t beat the atmosphere or the view. We went in before closing on a Friday night. The crunchy fish appetizer was really good and a very nice portion for $9.99 but I was not so fond of the coconut shrimp. Clearly from the food distributors freezer and you only get 5 for like $12′.99. My input would be to hand batter some bigger shrimp using the crispy fish coating and coconut. Our server Kirsten did a phenomenal job with a smile. We do love the Lips and will certainly return soon.

Really great value for portion size! I had to take half my burger and fries home I was so full. Great tasty burger! Hubby liked the Dill burger! Daughter ate a large Caesar salad and couldn’t finish it was so big! Atmosphere is unique and live music added to the waterside ambience. Server could be more pleasant*

Such a great spot for lunch. You get to sit on the water, feel the cool breeze, see seagulls flying near you, and dolphins swimming all while eating a delicious sandwich! The views were amazing and so was the food and our service!

We came in for fresh oysters and lunch. All the oysters we received were really weird. Some were pudding like. The consistency was not good at all. We ordered a dozen. Half were like oyster pudding. Not our bag! The server got us a few more. They came out shucked and frozen. Like, who is in the kitchen shucking oysters that are frozen and then trying to serve frozen oysters!?!? Gross!
Our server, maybe sick cause she wore a face mask, which is kinda scary, took oysters off our bill. Thank you for that. However, if our server/waitress is wearing a mask because of sickness, she should not go into work. Masked up is only for the contagious. Don’t come to work if you are sick. I don’t think we will return to this location. Maybe not any Squid Lips again….the hostess is vexed. If she might smile, patrons will feel more welcome. Also, get rid of the wheat coated orange French fries, they are gross.

Squid Lips captures what a true waterfront restaurant in Central Florida should be — relaxed, welcoming, and serious about quality. The menu has enough variety to offer something for everyone, and on this visit the fish sandwich was excellent and well executed. Pricing is in line with what you’d expect for a waterfront location, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
What really sets this place apart are the intangibles. Sitting by the water with open views and a laid-back atmosphere creates an experience that goes beyond just the meal. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy good food, and appreciate the setting. Definitely a standout spot.

Been here and few times. Nice location right on the river with good views. Service has always been good with attentive servers and bartenders. The food is good but nothing special with no real wow factor. Beer selection is pretty good with all the basics and quite a few craft as well on draft. They do have live music but not this time. Definitely a place to try out if you’re in the area.
