This is the SECOND time we are having issues with drivers not following simple directions. Driver was pre-tipped $10. Driver set the items in front of the door (which knocked over when opening the door) and did not knock. When I got home my kids were wondering why pizza still hadn’t showed up. So now we are having to reheat cold pizza. Called the manager and his response was “oh sorry about that”. Service sure has gone down over the years.

Honestly I’ve been to this dominos many times since its opened. I keep trying to give it chances but it’s always something. They have given me the wrong pizza, given me pizza with almost no cheese on it, people who have just been out to smoke handled my food and didn’t wash, when my food says it’s ready it’s not, and it’s always inconsistent. I’m not sure what is going on with this location but ever since they moved they have gone way down hill. Won’t be seeing me for a long time. $22 for a pizza that ends up falling off the bone. I’ve gotten sick multiple times from this dominos too. Don’t get me wrong they have had some good runs, but they have let me down way too much. They don’t care about their customers or fixing things either.

As someone who never goes out of my way to write reviews, I feel the need to for this Dominos location. This is the first Dominos that I have been to that produces consistent, accurate, quality pizzas each and every time I place an order. Additionally the staff are always very nice whenever I come in to pick up my order and delivery drivers go out of their way to hold the door open for you when coming or going out of the store. For these reasons I will keep coming back.

I had a little mix-up with my order and ended up paying twice. I just didn’t understand the machine. Enrique came right over, explained everything kindly, and helped me get a refund without making me feel dumb. He was so polite and patient. Young people like him give me hope. Thank you, Enrique.

I ordered a medium 6 cheese. It was the biggest waste of $25 that I’ve ever spent. It was cold, tiny and the cheese was burnt!!! Absolutely disgusting. What a waste!! Very disappointing!!

$9.49 for 8 boneless wings. Granted, I knew how many were there when I ordered, but they were so much smaller than I anticipated and I didn’t realize until I picked up the box when I got home. We also didn’t receive the dipping sauce it said it came with. No biggie, we have sauces at home, just pointing that out while I’m writing this.
I can go to the grocery store right across the street and get a pound of their fresh popcorn chicken for $4.99. This isn’t a reasonable price for “boneless” wings. These are basically popcorn chicken, should be considered a side, and absolutely should not cost almost $10. This review stands until the price changes.
Other than that, everything else about the order was good. Just frustrated that trying to accommodate someone that can’t have pizza turned out to be a big disappointment. I’ll consider somewhere else next time those dietary restrictions need to be considered.

Got a large order today from the location in Johnstown. Found a lovely hair baked into the crust and poking out the side. No confusion it’s baked in.
FYI if you spend more than $50 they won’t refund you, just a credit to eat more hair? I’ll pass but wanted to let others know if you spend too much they don’t care how it’s sent out.

Service is always good but the when I order pizza with extra this or that and pay for it but never get it it’s ridiculous. Who gets pizza with next to hardly zero sauce. I ordered extra sausage got 7 pieces on the whole pizza, extra onions and hardly had any. Extra pineapple and had a total of 7 pieces. Very tired of this store doing this. Time to move on.

This is a great Dominos location. The main thing that made me want to leave a review is that the people that work there that I’ve interacted with have all been very kind, cheery and professional. I find that kind of thing to be less and less common these days at establishments like this, so I really appreciate it. Also, the food is consistently good, and the restaurant is clean. Shout out to all employees at this location for running a solid operation and contributing to a positive community.
