This is a very clean Chick-fil-A. It’s also big, lots of seating and a kids area to play.

Bought my kid some nuggets and a shake here and it wasn’t worth eating. Seriously chicfila has went to the discount bin. She wouldn’t eat the nuggets. They were cold hard and salty. Mostly like the fry oil had not been changed properly. The shake was like slime. Nobody expects chicfila to be fine dining but what they do expect is a standard that the product is at least consistent. Adults have a frame of reference that things were better in the past. A child doesn’t. So if a child refuses to eat what you’re selling you have hurt the future of a brand.
If you can’t offer edible food you may want to check why. Change or go under. I vote the latter and will vote with my dollar.

Every time I come here, the service is so great. The one time that really stood out to me is when I left my purse there for almost two weeks. They went through great lengths to find the owner and contact me. They kept it safe and everything was accounted for in the purse. Overall a great experience!

This is one of the slowest and largest Chick-fil-A stores I’ve ever seen. Cars were lined up. The Chick-fil-A in my hometown is about five times as fast.

Just want to preface I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews if any reviews for the matter but I feel like I have to for this place.
Honestly surprised this location doesn’t have lower ratings….. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to and this isn’t my first time at this location. I have been going to this location for quite some time because it’s the only one close enough to where I live and I always end up being disappointed every time I go. The food always seems to be not fresh and the patties on the sandwiches always seem to be EXTREMELY small…. I understand this is “shrinkflation” times but it’s seems only when I go this location does it end up being this bad. The other concern is the overall service in the drive thru. I feel like I’m always rushed in the drive thru when grabbing my food and drinks and the people working there aren’t friendly on top of it. Everyone at this location, at least working at the window don’t like to acknowledge you, practically are throwing the bag at you and want you to leave the line as fast as humanly possible. I understand they are busy but so is every other Chick-fil-A in the nation and they don’t treat you this way. I keep trying to give this location a chance but I think I’ll just go to the Lenoir location instead……

I’ve stopped for breakfast about 3 times in the past month, once to dine in and two times were drive-thru and a couple of times for lunch. I’m not sure who works in the kitchen now, but the taste and quality of the food has gone downhill. I ordered a biscuit when I was dining in and it was really brown and crispy, so I had to go request a new one. I was given a new one but the lady I talked to seemed irritated by my request. Then the times I ordered an English muffin, they’re toasted to the point of being black and crispy around the edges. The hasbrowns are always good, but it’s hit or miss with the fries. A lot of times it tastes like old oil and they aren’t fresh. The new pineapple dragon fruit lemonade is good though. The restaurant and bathroom is clean. The employees used to always be filled full of joy and now some of them seem so miserable. I’d rather visit the location in Hickory or Lenoir. As a customer for many years to the Morganton location, please bring back fresh food and happy employees!

I’m here every other day and sometimes every day. My kid really likes chicken! I really like good service! I’m sure I’ve been here thousands of time and only once had something wrong. When I went in to just get the sandwich plain because it had pickles on it and we had ordered it plain, They replaced the whole order. It was a plain chicken sandwich and an eight piece nugget. Said sorry, didn’t argue or give attitude. They just fixed the problem, and compensated for the troubles. The best place to get fast wonderful service in Morganton! Great job guys. Keep up the good work! We will see you again tomorrow!

Always the slowest drive thru, can’t figure out why they don’t have team members taking orders in the line outside to keep things moving better. Line was backed up into the highway. Took 35 minutes to get through the line, ridiculous. Then the food was so mushy and cold I threw half of it away because it was inedible. What a waste of my time and money, and still left hungry. Won’t be back.
