First time visiting this BJs, our waitress Mikayla L was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She helped describe spiciness levels and sauce flavor with easy comparisons to other restaurants making food decisions easier. The experience was very enjoyable with the laid back atmosphere and patient staff. Our food was brought out quickly. The 5 meat pizza tasted yummy and crispy fresh. The kickin chicken sandwich was interesting but very tasty not super spicy and i enjoyed that the sauce extra sauce came on the side for a more fiery experience. The pizookie trio dessert was a super delicious sweet treat. We will come again.

Came just for pizookie flights but ended up having food too! Super good. Even though it was super busy, service overall was fast and accurate. Waitress Mikayla was attentive and kind, giving recommendations when asked as it was our first time as well. Didn’t feel pressured to leave either!

Good food, a little overpriced for the quality and quantity. I had the French DiIp, it tasted just like grocery store roast beef with a little bit of cheese. The Au Jus was just warm. The sandwich could have been a lot warmer. The fries were good and plenty. Our waitress was really good, we didn’t have to ask for anything, she brought us what we needed without us asking.

Bland food is already disappointing, but bland and expensive? That feels personal. At that price point you expect flavor, seasoning, something that makes you go “okay, I get the hype.” When it’s missing, it’s hard not to side-eye everyone raving about it. You’re not wrong for expecting more. If I’m paying premium money, I want bold flavors, balance, and at least one “wow” bite—not regret and salt on the table.
