When you take shortcuts, you get lost. There’s nothin’ fast about our food; in fact, it’s downright slow. Don’t let that fool you-we know quick service. As we like to say slowly smoked, quickly devoured. Our Pit Masters have spent years crafting the perfect technique to barbeque. We are not only champions in serving up delicious smoked meats and sides, we are champions at delivering a homestyle customer experience that will have you coming back for more.
BBQ meats take center stage at this funky counter-serve, which also makes burgers, sides & beers.

Food here is pretty good for a fast BBQ joint. First time trying it and I was impressed mainly with the speed and the portions. The nachos are HUGE, worth sharing for sure. Brisket was pretty good but a bit dry. Sauced it up and it went down good. A good place to get some good BBQ for a good price.

We ordered 2, 3 meat plates, on the wall it says that there is nothing fast about about their food however I didn’t even had time to finish getting our drinks and the food was already on the table, I was very excited about trying their bbq because I’ve heard great things about their food, sadly it was not our case, everything was cold the meat was absolutely dry, not smoking hot juice brisket just 6 bites of dry beef jerky. The boneless chicken thighs was as dry as chicken breast not soft at all. I thought it was just some meat that was sitting there and tried to keep my hopes up, they changed the brisket from chopped to sliced, still very cold and dry, so disappointing, must be something with that location because the mac and cheese was also not hot in the middle and very squishy like it was microwaved, the price didn’t really reflect what was served, $60 of sad dinner. There was the first time I ever been to this place but idk if I am whiling to try another location and bed disappointed again and just waste money!

I ordered the Nacho Fries with brisket. They were really good, and the Sweet BBQ goes perfect on them, but they didn’t meet my cost: satisfaction ratio. You get more bang for your buck on the regular nachos or meat plates.
The service was good. Nothing significant about any interactions I had during my time, but everything was pleasant. It’s a clean restaurant with plenty of tables and parking. There’s a large selection of good sodas, so it’s one of the few places I’ll pay for the drink. I prefer the ma & pop BBQ joints, but R&R is a solid BBQ chain that delivers a consistently good experience.

Trying to be Rudy’s and Failing. F is for flavorless: Potato salad – bland; Mac and cheese – bland, wet, soupy, soggy noodles; Meats – bland, No smokiness, to any of our meats. Flavourless brisket, My brisket was several chunks of fat… supposed to be sliced, my wife’s slices were dry and overcooked. The ribs were actually pretty good (but again, no smoke. Rolls were store bought with large thumb holes in top where they’d been torn apart. Sweet potato fries were also soggy and limp. The fried pickles weren’t bad. Meat Portions were pitiful; two ribs and a few chunks of brisket. Side portions were good sized but not good. Very disappointed with our meal. We tried it, learned our lesson, and won’t be back. Not recommended.

Great food, amazing customer service, quick and yummy. Price of food was awesome too. I can go to a drive thru and get less food for more money at this this time. Had a $25 gift card and got 2 full meals , drinks and extra rolls. I still have money on my gift card left over.

Let me start by saying that this location does fine…but I have two complaints.
#1. The quantity of the portions, especially when I get brisket and pulled pork. Maybe this is just the big back in me, but it seems like you don’t get a lot for what you pay for. And maybe I’ve just gotten lucky and sometimes the employees hook me up. But it seems like most of the time the quantities are pretty small.
#2. My biggest complaint is I’ve had two experiences now where the pulled pork was WAY too salty. The first time it happened, it was SO over salted. I basically had to force down every bite. It was pretty bad. Then, this same thing happened again yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as the first time, but it was still pretty salty.
My recommendation is to just go lighter on the salt. I’d rather add barbecue sauce myself to add flavor rather than have it be so over salted that it’s inedible.

When we eat R&R we always do takeout and always have a big order for 5’people, they always get it right. The food is always delicious and neatly prepared in the to go boxes. Nothing is ever forgotten. It’s prepped quick and service there is always really friendly. The South Jordan location is awesome!

We loved the R&R in Pleasant Grove tonight! We even bought extra hush puppies to take home. Everything was tender and juicy. We love the turkey, brisket, and pulled pork. A three meat is plenty for us to share! Way to go team on the positive atmosphere too.

Just ate at this place last night. Absolutely wonderful! The service was fast and friendly, prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent. Our family ordered a full set of four plates, and somehow, we walked down past the register after ordering, and before even finding a table, the food was ready.
I got a pulled pork sandwich along with a side of baked beans, and then a brisket meat platter with a side of Mac n cheese with hush puppies. We also utilized a promotion for a free pulled pork nacho, which was excellent.
The pulled pork was extremely tender and tasted great. With it, you receive BBQ sauce to apply to your taste, the single container they provided wasn’t quite enough in my opinion, so we had to ask for some more. The brisket was great tasting but was quite fatty, as one might expect. Mac n cheese was excellent as well as the nachos.
I’d never had hush puppies before but these were very dense and tasted great.
Very happy with R&R, will come here again if I’m in the area. Needs to be higher on Google search results!

I’ve been to the R&R in Riverton and I remember the food there being majestic. Lemme start by saying the young lady that took me and my wife’s order was amazing. Her customer service was excellent specially for someone on her 2nd day since she told us she just started. HOWEVER the food at this location was absolutely garbage. At first I was annoyed because it took 45 minutes for my food to get to me, my wife’s order was quick tho. When I got my food I obviously tried the brisket that I payed extra for and it felt like it was cooked by a soyboy from California who found a recipe online made by another soyboy from California. Instead of the tasty brisket I would get that felt like it was made by a white guy from the Deep South who just made racial remarks at me because I’m Mexican, the tasty brisket made by a huge black dude who would take the shirt off his back just to do a good deed. I got the worst brisket known to man. It didn’t even make me mad. It genuinely made me sad. Chicken wasn’t any better. I wish I had ketchup for my fries after all that wasted meat because it’s all I could enjoy. I literally only took one bite of the brisket. I genuinely hate whoever made my order because it was worse that Wendy’s day old patties, and that’s hard to beat. The worst part is it cost me 44ish dollars. I wish I could get a refund but I didn’t want to make a scene
