1. The Bun Bo Hue is pretty good! The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is also easy to drink!
2. The spot has fun fast casual vibes! The interior is cozy!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with our order! The BBH took about 10 mins!
Note: Did not easily see if there was a restroom available for customers!

I would give a 3 overall but staff are very friendly, nice, positive attitude and helpful so a 4.
Concept: excellent
Customer Services: excellent
Store layout/vibe: great
Food choices: good Food packing: good Food quality: just so so…
Prices: great
It’s a great concept and greatly executed, this is more of to go rather than sit and dine. Parking here is rather small and tight. Weekend is out of question…there are street parking and plaza nearby so! Staff are just wonderful nice, helpful and fast.
Foods choices are good, small but plenty to choose from and portion is great and the prices are just as excellent and very affordable. On the other hand, the food quality is just so so. Not great and not even good…just so so. I ordered banh mi (roast & bbq): bread is krispy but it falls away fast), meat is just aok, same with veggies – overall, it just too wet of the sauce. Coffee is just aok and with the price not bad. The rolls are big and somehow tasteless, still a okey with the sauce. Ragu beef is okey, abit tasteless (need to adjust as we ate) but nice portion for the prices. The soup is same, tasteless but adjust before we ate. Overall, excellent concept, prices, portions, choices, but just so so quality. I would come back once in awhile but not weekly.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a small to go order. This place is the worst slow and wait food in the world.
Bun bo Hue costed only $10, but with lots of pork skin, 1 small slice of beef, no blood curl, waaaaay too sweet, hard to eat.
My order was also for 2 serving of braised cat fish but they packed 2 braised pork, which was also waaaaay too sweet without caramelized flavor, hard to eat.
Combining all factors, this place is not worth coming back.

I tried their thịt kho trứng today. The egg envelope is riggrd, dry with a chewy texture, very different from the smooth skin of boiled eggs used in South Vietnam traditional thịt kho. It looks like they have been fried before being added to the thịt kho. Does anyone know why they cooked eggs this way?. I personally find them untasty and will not buy this stuff again if they continue to cook this Way.

“Banh mi gion” (crispy baguette filled with grilled lemon grass pork) is my favorite. At $5.95 a piece, it’s a good deal given the very good quality. The other prepared entrées (all for take out) are pretty good too. Decent prices and fast services are the trademarks of this shop.

This is a new style of Vietnamese to go cooking. Prices are extremely reasonable. Their banh mi thit nuong xa (bbq lemon grass pork) is very delicious for under $5 bucks! They have a variety of Vietnamese street foods here. No seating here it’s all to go orders.

The food was good at a very reasonable price. However, the business planning was bad. We could not try all the items during our 1st visit. We came back the next day around 1 p.m., and they told everyone that they closed since they ran out of supplies.

Tried their new sandwiches today and they were really good! The flavor instantly reminded me of the sandwiches I used to eat back home in Vietnam during my childhood. Their signature sandwich is packed with meat and bursting with flavor. The mix of vegetables — I noticed shredded green onions, cilantro, white onions, and a few others I couldn’t quite name — made it extra special. Don’t forget to ask for extra chili paste in your sandwich! ️

I really like this place so I would come for a quick food to go but be careful of certain uncooked items. I purchased some bun bao and ate raw pork filling. This was about 3 weeks ago and just happened to another friend. I was too busy to call to let staff know. Just be aware since it is a cheap place to get food and they are usually so busy during lunch hours.
