I have an allergy and have been safe eating at other Red Robin locations. I frequent the Provo location at least twice a month and have NEVER had an issue. However, I went to this location and had a horrible experience. I ordered my food and was sure to explain I needed a gluten free bun and to mark both the burger and fries as an allergy. My food was brought out with their version of fry sauce that is not gluten free. There was some sauce on the fries and the bun. I asked the waitress to have them remake it, because again I have an allergy. The waitress seemed very annoyed even though I asked in a very polite and nice way. Two minutes later, that’s not an exaggeration, the manager brought out the same exact tray of food. The sauce spot on the burger was exactly the same and the fries were exactly the same. I questioned how they ‘remade’ an allergy burger so quickly and he did not have an adequate answer. He said he would ‘remake’ it again. Five minutes later he brought out a tray with a new bun, but the same fries. The manager was trying so hard to defend himself when I asked how they made an allergy safe burger that quickly again. I took a step outside because he was not being considerate or empathetic. I had my husband tell him just to cancel the order. I did not feel safe eating anything there. I watched as the rest of my family ate and the manager returned again. He would not leave us alone and was attempting to argue with us about the reality of the situation.
Basically, my allergy was not taken seriously and when I nicely advocated for myself to get a safe meal I was met with hostility and dishonesty. I’m not a Karen, I literally only speak up when my health is at risk and I do it kindly. I would not suggest eating here, especially if you have an allergy.

I hadn’t gone to Red Robin in years due to a terrible experience at the WVC location’s beyond unclean bathroom…
I thought I would try it again…. after nearly $100 later (thankful I had a gift card from work), I can say the food was overly salty and processed tasting.
If using a gift card, you won’t be able to apply it online. However, you can do so via phone.
They provided tons of sauce which couldn’t really be used, as the fries, onion rings and fried zucchini were already too salty. We couldn’t even enjoy most of the meal. The best items: shake and burgers.

shawn was our server. he took a second to get to our table. once he did he took our drink and food order. then we got our app and fries and that was the last we saw him for awhile. i had already finished my food by the time he stopped by the table. it also seemed like he was avoiding the table completely. i’ve been a server — it’s super easy to stop at a table while passing by to make sure they are good. not a good experience with server but with everything else, flawless

The food was good but our waitress was not. The service she gave us was completely unacceptable. I’m a waitress myself so I could understand being too busy, but her section was completely empty except for this family leaving when we got sat at our table. When waited for 30 minutes until we even got asked what we wanted to drink. Firstly she was very ill prepared despite the 30 minutes she had before talking to us, nothing to write our order down on and she was writing on a receipt that had previously been thrown on the floor in front of us. After she left to put in our order and bring us our drinks, she comes back with my milkshake and leaves and doesn’t return with my mom’s water for another 10 minutes. We didn’t receive our appetizer despite having reminded her about it 3 times. Once our entrees came out (still no appetizer in site) we told her to just cancel it and she asked in a dumbfounded voice if we wanted it off our bill, which we did since we never even got them. My mom’s food came out well, mine on the other hand did not. I am allergic to onion and there was more onion on it then any burger should ever have and when my mom asked her if they can remake it, she took it back romoved the onion from the bottom of the burger bun then bring it back. If I hadn’t double checked the burger I wouldnt have a very ok night, there was onion slices on the top of the burger in the avocado. This was the most upsetting and unprofessional dining experience me and my mom have ever had.

It’s so delicious that I end up eating too much! I also like the floats. The hamburger was thick and juicy, and it was amazing!
It’s unfortunate that it took so long for the waiter to come and take our order.

Jessicalyn was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. A majority of the items on the menu are reheated frozen foods from Sysco, or at least taste like it. Restaurants should be required to specify this in my opinion. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. We won’t be back, which is unfortunate as we used to love red Robin.

We hosted a team gathering with about 20 people here. The staff was so friendly and fun and the food was good too. All 20 of us received the correct food without errors.
