We were in from out of state to catch a flight. Ordered here for delivery, wait time after ordering was over an hour. Delivery driver was great. Called/messaged to tell me they were 5 min away.
Food was still decently warm. Kids enjoyed the pizza, we also got some chicken and we got a dessert. The fees were insane. $68 for the things we got.
Overall decent food.

We’ve been ordering from Rosati’s Pizza in Des Plaines since 2006, and it’s always been top-notch. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious—especially the thin crust, extra crispy, which has become our go-to. The quality has remained consistently excellent over the years, which is rare to find.
On top of the great food, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. It truly feels like a neighborhood staple. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and great service. You won’t be disappointed!

Visiting from out of state, decided to try a pizza spot and good thing I ran into Rosatis. Their service was great and the food was impeccable. The guy in the front was very kind and gave us several different options we weren’t familiar with. Will definitely order from there again.

I’m from the Garden State and was visiting some family in the area , in my opinion the pizza is ok, not great, wings were greasy also. Call me bias but when it comes to pizza, NJ definitely has the best pizza in the country.

First had to request the $3 off of my order, even though they offer it. Second, I ordered the build your own pasta, cheese bread and two side salads. The pasta was bland and had a weird taste to it and the bread was bland with a weird taste in it as well. I can say the side salad was good. Money down the drain!!!

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel with my son and decided to order Pizza to be delivered to our room. There were plenty of places we could have ordered but opted for Rosati’s. Rash took our order and for a 10 inch pizza plus French fries and two small sodas it came out to more than $40. I asked him to break down the total cost, as the pizza was only $17.99. It turned out that the pizza plus fries, 2 sodas, tax and the delivery charge totaled more than $40 dollars. I placed the order and after 1 hour the delivery person came with the order minus plates and plastic ware. I called Rash whom I assume is either the owner or the manager and he told me that I would have had to ask for the plates and plasticware when placing the order. I replied that I would have done so had it was specified in their brochure, or that he could have asked me, but Rash said sorry but nothing that could be done now.
In my view my hard earned money spent for such a small feast warranted much better customer service than the one provided by Rosati’s Pizza from Desplaine’s, Illinois.
Needless to say, I will not ever order from there nor I would recommend this place to anyone.
