This McDonald’s had started getting better but lately their quality has gone down again. My soda was flat, my chicken nuggets had been sitting and were not fresh or crunchy, the burger was poorly seasoned with tons of pepper. The consistency is never the same here.

McDonald’s is awful already but this place is the most disgusting of them all. Kids wanted it so bad so I went there and got a chicken sandwich. It tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for 2 days. No meat on the inside that tasted like a brick. Eat here at your own will. This store needs to train their people who prepares these meal. I order to be delivered the chicken deluxe you would think you’ll get a nice and fresh along with the drink. I got the drink flat. I got an extra crispy deluxe chicken in the fries. cold old, dry, no salt this store gets for me zero thumb down. please don’t order from the store for yourself to be delivered. I ordered from their app and it said that it was open for orders, I think get to the restaurant and notice that it closes at 2am and I think ok I ordered my food with enough time to make it. I go to the drive through order stand and wait, I get no response so I go to the drive through window and show the workers that I had an order that went through. They then come to the window and say very rudely and aggressively “we are closed and we will not make your order”. So from then I was like ok, that’s fine you don’t want to make my order so then will you give me a refund. I then ask the workers for a refund and they just look at my with a rude face and wide eyes and walk away to where I can’t see them anymore. Unfortunately, this was the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant and at a McDonald’s. I hope management can do a better job about teaching their employees about customer interactions and to not be rude and yell at customers when they are asking simple questions that make sense. I have the time and date documented if needed.

Hello n good evening I am the manger of stupid cheap smoke shop next door as of 8:24 through 8:38 I have faced the most disrespectful employees or manger ever working at Macdonalds over an issue that could’ve been solved professionally but no I was met with disrespect and mind games saying it wasn’t ordered or u didn’t pay for it n not once did they ask to see a receipt until I told them I paid for it n then I was told again sir it wasn’t here n then to find out it was here never did I have an issue for how long a pick up order stays there but it wasn’t it was placed at 8:12pm n everytime I order there before n I come thirty minutes later never was an issue but tonight was uncalled for n just so u know I am not just a regular person I have built a reputation around this area n I have the resume to back it up so cause of there actions I will no longer come back until this is resolved

I pull up to the drive-through and am told that they can only do DoorDash or mobile order. So I asked, just to confirm, if I want to order food right now, I have to download the app to place my order and you will take it, but I can’t just give you my order right now at the speaker. … yup…
I asked why that was and she said because they were shortstaffed… There was absolutely nobody there at the restaurant.
Lucky for me there’s plenty of other fast food places on that street and I will not be going back there if they are really that lazy.

This place is an absolute joke. I waited 15 minutes for a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal and a cheeseburger.
Dipping sauce. Wrong.
Apple slices. Missing.
Oh, and a nice bonus prize. A headset ear muff, at the bottom of the Happy Meal box, underneath the fries. That can’t be sanitary.

Ever since you can order on the kiosk employees ignore the cash register and don’t bother helping. My burger looked terrible, fries weren’t fresh. Place was clean though.
