The joint is very small with 4 or 5 tables so it’s primarily meant for delivery or takeout. Eating in is not ideal as per the server, the restaurant doesn’t have utensils. The pizza is delicious and doesnt feel doughy or heavy with a thin crust and tasty sauce. Prices are sky high and the menu hasn’t been updated yet to reflect the new, much higher prices.

I ordered online and when I arrived few min early it came out right in time by a great team member. I thanked him! I admired the seating area as it was nice and clean and modern! There was a happy mom and daughter there eating! I would have taken a photo but rather not be in their business.
This location is in shopping center with Safeway easily accessible!
I ordered a medium online special 3 topping for $19.99 plus tax. I have pepperoni, pineapple, and spinach. The spinach makes it taste gourmet! Try it!

Amazing place to eat food after a day in Santa Cruz. The food is great and the dine-in experience is wonderful. The pizza is always served fresh. The veggies we ordered including green peppers and black olives seemed very fresh — better than many other pizza places.

I don’t know what’s going on with the pizza, but the dough is not what it used to be. I don’t know if they change something, but please tell me what’s going on with the pizza, the crust is soggy. It just does not taste the same. Now the last order I thought maybe they gave me thin crust but then I ordered again and it’s the same thing so I’m going to order from roundtable in Capitola and see if there’s a difference because this large pepperoni pizza was not worth what I paid.

I’ve been a regular customer at your location, usually ordering 3–4 pizzas at a time. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced consistent issues—especially when the younger staff are working. My order is almost always wrong—not just a small mistake, but completely different pizzas than what I actually ordered.
The dough is often undercooked and soggy, to the point where I’ve had to finish baking the pizzas myself at home. When I return to get the order corrected, I rarely get an apology or any sense of urgency. I typically wait another 15–20 minutes for the remake, while the rest of my food sits and gets cold. To make matters worse, I often feel like I’m the one inconveniencing the staff just for expecting the correct order.
Despite all this, I gave the store another chance. I placed another order—again, they got it wrong. They remade the pizza, and while that visit wasn’t as bad, the problem returned again three weeks later when I ordered four pizzas and two were incorrect.
I went back, and they remade the two. I checked the boxes in my car—only one was right. I went back in for the second time, and they remade the wrong one again. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, I finally received what was supposed to be the correct pizza… but it was still wrong. On the third attempt, they finally got it right. Meanwhile, the rest of the pizzas in the order were overcooked and borderline burnt.
So to recap: I had to go inside three separate times for one order, waited over 30 minutes, got barely any apology, and did not receive any type of discount. I also contacted customer service via email weeks ago and never received a reply.
It’s clear this location doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I’d recommend anyone ordering from Round Table to visit the 41st Avenue location instead. I’m not sure if it’s under the same ownership, but they’ve always gotten my order right and made quality pizzas.
Please take this feedback seriously. As a loyal customer, I’d love to keep supporting this location—but only if the service improves significantly.

So i was craving a salad and went there and all they had was a premade..it seemed ok but cound not really tell due to packaging. i asked cashier if it was fresh she replied yes. it was so gross, most of the lettuce was brown, cucumbers were horrible and tasted old..for alnost 10 bucks i should have just oredered a personal pizza..thanks for taking my hard earned money with your horribke salad
