Went there twice yesterday — once for a frappe and again because my dad wanted one too and bought dinner. The atmosphere is always amazing, even during busy, crazy rushes. The staff stays calm and professional, not letting a few bad apples ruin the vibe. Everything was picture-perfect. I don’t usually take food pics, but the Big Mac at McDonald’s really impressed me. Check my Google reviews if you don’t believe it!

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app at 6:08 AM, 01/13/2026 Counter Pick up, once I arrived the doors were locked. I knocked and was ignored. Doors state dine in opens at 7 AM (why would counter pick up be an option then???), Drive thru was not an option for me since I could not wait in the line or else I would be late for work. I have called store repeatedly to cancel since I had to leave without getting my food, no one answers! This issue needs to be fixed ASAP! I have also sent an email to corporate!! I will be returning today (01/13/2026) after work and expect a refund with no issues!!!

The drive through took almost 15 minutes. And if I hadn’t done a mobile order I would have just left. The service was awful. Not only did you get no greeting, he double checked the order and it wasn’t even mine. Then basically threw the bag at me. My drink was wrong, the fries were old and the hamburgers were barely edible. The traffic in and out is so bad. And I’ve never seen so many homeless all at once all along the front, by every door and in the lines of the drive through. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Ever.

Get cooks that pay attention to how the food should be made. This may be a fast food restaurant & a high school/graduate job but if I order a double cheeseburger but I get one patty and the burger is just slapped on there upside down, it’s simply lazy and careless. You’re handling people’s food. If you can’t make a simple double cheeseburger then get out the kitchen.

Horrible, the food was cold, the staff is very unprofessional, the drive thru line took forever, I was missing a whole meal, the manager shows me the receipt with just one combo, but I had ordered 2 combos on my phone. And I tell her that it charged me $27 and she just walks away. Their app is broken and just makes people frustrated on both sides

I can not stand how McDonald’s all over are converted to an environment that eliminates the need to have customer service …where is the customers experience???? … I get that times are changing and that the world we live in is all technology and all about advertising and promoting products… But you can’t forget about the people… It’s bad enough you’ve all jacked up your prices…. And what is the purpose of the table numbers if you aren’t going to take it to the table …. Especially when you got someone with a small child come on …. Yes I’m being a Karen … But when I was a manager at McDonald’s our top priority was the quality of customer service and our product…. McDonald’s has lost it touch at making the customers experience a happy one……

Stayed here last weekend, The staff are not very friendly. I travel often most all Hilton hotels always say hello and goodbye when you walk past the front desk. Not this place, most every time I walked in or out there were two staff in the front they looked angry and unhappy with their job. Our room had an odd odor, The refrigerator and our room was damaged extremely noisy this started happening on our last night I barely slept at all. They messed up my breakfast three times. If you need to stay in this area I would suggest a different place or traveling a little farther to go to a different Hilton.
