Today, I went to Olivia Garden. I was not expecting anything in particular. However, the service was absolutely immaculate. James, our server, came in and immediately provided an amazing mood to the entire table. James made out experience far better, through putting up with our tomfoolery, run-on stories, and last minute orders. I could never ask for or expect another server as amazing as this one. The food and ambience were also absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much James.

1 Star off only because of years-ago experiences. I had lunch portion lasagna, chicken gnocchi soup, breadsticks and iced tea. Everything was great. Soup and breadsticks should be unlimited refills, but I was not prompted. I did finish the soup. Regardless, it was plenty of food for me and I did not need more soup or breadsticks.

Soup – a little salty, not bad
Breadsticks – very salty.

My husband and I eat at this Olive Garden atleast once every week. We love the south side Olive Garden better than the Northside. When our waitress messed up on our order, the manager Richard did everything in his power to fix it. We are not complainers so we weren’t going to complain. But Richard came by our table to apologize and took excellent care of us to get what we wanted!!! Best service and best managers of any Olive Garden I have ever been too!!!

Have been here several times with great experiences. Not so much this visit. Almost 15 mins before our drink order was even taken. Waitress removed my salad plate without even asking if I were finished. Never refilled our drinks. Barely smiled or spoke to us. My Alfredo was decent, although luke warm, and the meatballs in the spaghetti tasted undercooked with little flavor. Disappointed with this visit, but we will try again.

I really don’t like to write a bad review but after 3 bad visits I feel like I need to. We were excited and looking forward to the food but it was honestly horrible. The noodles were hard and undercooked, the chicken (which was supposed to be grilled) was breaded, was WET and chewy. We never got alfredo sauce and the kids meal we had ordered was completely wrong twice before we finally got it to go. I know we were not the only table that was upset and we saw multiple other tables upset, sending food back and the manager was running around nonstop. Overall the food was not worth $120 or the gas spent to get there. We will not be back anytime soon. Our server was okay and we tipped her well as we knew it wasn’t her fault and the problem was the kitchen. With horrible food, just ok service, and the atmosphere, I would give it 1 star if not for our server.
