I had an amazing experience at the Morehead Starbucks that completely changed how I feel about my go-to drink. I’ve always ordered the same thing, but it never tasted quite right, and no one ever took the time to help me figure out why, until now.
Adam, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, recommended something new, and told me to trust him. I’m so glad I did, the drink he had them make was perfect, and now I’ll never order it any other way.
Beyond that, Adam was incredibly friendly, personable, and just an all-around great person to talk to. He even knew about the small town I’m from, small world! His great personality and help really made my day.

Usually have a decent experience, but for some reason today just wasn’t their day. i mobile ordered this drink, that shows strawberry puree as an add on. they first tried to hand it out without puree, i told her it was supposed to have it. she remade it, but forgot caramel crunch topping that’s right on the sticker. i wouldn’t mind usually but im literally paying for it? and didn’t receive it. plus doubled my time at the window because it wasn’t made right the first time. what’s the use in ordering in the app to make it faster and for the extras to be on the label for it to not be acknowledged? i spent like $7 on this drink, id like everything i pay for

Great location and staff is quick and efficient. Be careful on the access road to the location, lot of nasty potholes. Coffee is always good.

Horrible experience. I waited for my coffee for 10 mins then they asked what I was waiting for. They had a printer issue and forgot to make my coffee. They then made my coffee and made it incorrectly. Little to no apology and zero communication. Take care of your customer that’s in front of you and speak to each other.

20230913 WOW! The barista ls here are extra friendly. I searched (stopped by and called) about 7 starbucks from Louisville to here, and found the LAST KY Been There mug!! This is the last Starbucks in KY before crossing the WV border. My office son got lucky!!

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I do not know why I keep thinking it will change and before anyone comes at me, I am literally at Starbucks everyday. Morehead has hands down the worst customer service, can not get an order right even though they ask you 6 times what you ask for. How do you messing something up that’s been verified 6 times. Honestly the best thing that could happen to that store is shut down and open the campus one up to everyone!

The staff here are so incredibly nice. They were laughing and enjoying each other’s company while working away during the morning rush. Which actually made for a very peaceful environment. You can tell they work well together.
We had our little boy with us and they insisted on bringing our drinks and such right to us so we didn’t have to get up. That was extremely thoughtful and they were so very friendly. Great service, great environment! Very relaxing. 🙂

This Starbucks is Amazing!! Olive is the best barista there and deserves a raise! Always enjoy seeing their smile in the drive through. They actually shake my shaken espresso too.
