Been coming here regularly for a few months & they’re always really nice & efficient. I really love their iced matcha. It’s a plus that they’re sweet to my dog when I bring her even tho she’s a rude customer & barks at them. They give her a dog biscuit anyway 🙂 Don’t forget to tip!

I literally go to this Dunkin every single day multiple times a day Today was free mitten day for the first 20 customers, we woke up and made sure we were the first of the 20 when they opened to then be greeted with that they would not be starting that until after 10am ok fine made sure we were also there in line for this mitten only the first 20 customers get, to then make the order again, and be told they don’t have anymore….so which one was it exactly? I wouldn’t care if it wasn’t for the gas wasted the inconvenience the mis leading information or plain out lie, it wasn’t for me…but for someone that actually was excited and wanted it I went out of my way for it twice to be told twice a different story. I’m going to chalk it up to that the employees took them for them selves because It makes no sense at all at this point and I haven’t spoken to anyone that’s actually gotten one from this location. So what actually happened what’s the story??

Horrible service the cashier seem rude when I asked if they can warm up the food alittle bit more, then the lady making the food just throws the wrap in the bag and the egg ended up separating from the wrap to the point I didn’t even eat it! Waste of money and time never again will I go there and I go to dunkin pretty much every morning!! They need to retrain there staff

This place makes me lose my appetite every time I go buy from them they are very rude and always give me the wrong order. They made me pay for a whole new reorder time and time again after they mistakenly took my order something as simple as a chocolate frosted donut w chocolate sprinkles or forgetting caramel swirl in an ice coffee. They made me pay for a new breakfast wrap after giving me the wrong one. And the attitude that’s given to me when I tell them they have the order wrong is unbelievable. This store needs better customer service. Yesterday I threw my whole order away because they got everything wrong. I’m fed up with Dunkin’ Donuts the quality of food and the customer service. They don’t even wash the spoon to mix your Coffee they use the same spoon for every flavor and you can taste it in your coffee it’s horrible. I just can’t any more ..

I ordered a hot large late and they served me an ice cold coffee on a hot cup like if I wasn’t going to notice, I notice Immediately and asked to be remade just for them to serve me a regular coffee as I don’t know the difference between espresso and regular coffee and then I asked for a refund since they clearly can make my coffee and they couldn’t even do that so I have to leave without my coffee and my money the worst experience ever. I hate people trying to assume I am stupid and don’t know the difference between a coffee I know what I like and that’s why I order it.
