Ultimate steakhouse whopper meal was crazy delicious! And Maple bourbon BBQ whopper is not my favorite because it’s too sweet. Onion rings and Fries are always delicious with zesty dipping sauce. Its really worth to eat because the portions are generous and filling, so I feel like I won’t need to eat anything today or tomorrow. This is the best Burger King ever.

So pretty sure they were training some new people. Who i assume was the manager when waiting for my order seemed supportive of his staff. New kid at the counter was cool. They were late on my online order and missed an item realized after I got home. I live close no big deal. They went over and beyond when I went back so I could have it my way. People make mistakes. You made up for it. Thank you.

One of the cleanest BK’s I’ve been too. Bobbie’s smile and sweet attitude meant more to me this morning than the coffee I ordered. The food was good and we got it quickly. I’ll definitely stop by again.

Althougĥ there seems to be a lot of turn around on employees they have been wonderful. Management and employees always make sure I am taken care of when I there.

This was many years ago. There are new employees and management. So far in the last 2 years I have had no issues
This was suppose to be an Original Chicken sandwich with cheese and tomatoes cut in half, instead this is the nasty chicken sandwich that cost me over $5.it was cold, tough, and lettuce was old. This place has gone way down since they rebuilt the inside.

This food is nasty. The onion rings were hard as rock and the sandwiches looked disgusting and it was a Burger King on Ecorse Road in Belleville, Michigan and the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was disgusting and it smells bad. I will not be back to this store ever again.

Tried the new Brisket Whopper burger. I REALLY enjoyed the burger! The fries were fresh, hot and crispy. The restaurant was very clean, and quiet. The service was fast and friendly.

I usually never review fast food yet this was unusually disgusting.
Flies, yes nasty disgusting dirty disease carrying maggoty Flies.
From ceiling to floor appalling.
Everything seemed to be covered in a film of filth.
-All the tables were dirty “all”
-The front counter was dirty, because it was an unidentified food or sauces?
-The beverage station had trash piled up, an utter mess, really disgusting
– Trash bins overflowing and
” FLIES” that says it all
-The floors were covered in trash.
-All chairs were pulled out and seating had trash and food.
The overall restaurant was disgusting and dirty throughout, I took pictures, not because of how bad, but you have to see it to believe it.
When I left I threw out everything, washed my hands in purel, then went to another restaurant for a meal that did not pose a health threat.
This is not an isolated location, Haggerty and AnnArbor Road is as bad or if even possible, Worse.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. Despite being one of only two customers in the entire place and ordering ahead through the mobile app, the staff seemed completely unorganized and struggled to figure out my order. They asked me what felt like 20 different questions to “piece together” what should have been a simple process. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my food after arriving—far too long for a fast food establishment, especially with no crowd to justify the delay.
The food itself was average—nothing special, as expected from a Burger King—but the experience was worsened by the apparent lack of competence and efficiency from the staff. While they weren’t rude, they clearly had no sense of urgency or understanding of how to handle orders quickly or properly. They even forgot to include my drink, which I had to go back and address.
The atmosphere didn’t help matters either. The restaurant was lifeless, run-down, and felt neglected. For a place that’s supposed to be about quick, hassle-free service, this location fell far below expectations.
If management reads this, I’d strongly suggest hiring and training employees who are motivated and capable of handling basic tasks like processing app orders and preparing food promptly. Whatever processes are in place now clearly aren’t working, and the lack of coordination from staff is unacceptable. Until changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
