My partner and I stumbled upon Mochima during a date night, and we absolutely loved it! William is so kind and welcoming — and he makes the most delicious food and drinks. We ordered the Empanada Pabellón to share (it truly is the biggest empanada in Miami!), along with a Maracuyá and Papelón drink. Both were incredibly delicious. Needless to say, we’ve found our new regular spot! ❤️

First and foremost be aware that this is in miami weather so be prepared for the heat. With that out the way the food is hot, fresh, juicy. The staff was very friendly to us with a great family attitude towards us. Definitely worth it.

I visited yesterday, and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. The flavor, the size of the empanadas….everything was perfect. It truly brought me a little piece of home, for my birthday. However, I do want to mention that the experience was overshadowed by the attitude of the person at the register. The way she looked at us, even when we simply went to grab a napkin, made us feel uncomfortable. When we asked for sauce, her response and attitude were also very unpleasant.
I don’t think this place and the people working reflects the warm and welcoming service we are so proud of in Venezuela. I hope this can be addressed because your food truly deserves better service to match its quality.
