First off, we went through the drive through and the girl taking the order couldn’t get it right, we had to give our order to her THREE times before she finally understood. Not sure if she was new or they were having speaker issues but it was very frustrating. After we paid we never got a receipt from the cashier, they didn’t ask if we wanted one or not, they just never gave it to us!
We ordered a whopper with cheese with onion rings and a whopper jr with French fries. They gave us two French fries and a plain whopper that we had to put our own ketchup and mayonnaise on. When we took a bite everything was cold, it was 11:15 in the morning and we live less than five minutes away, how is everything cold?
When we went back to see if they could make it right and the manager refused to do anything and was extremely rude and refused to make this situation right because we didn’t have the receipt that WE NEVER RECEIVED. We weren’t asking for a refund, we just wanted hot, fresh food. Because of her and this situation we’ll never go back to this location. I hope that the employees there go off to find better jobs and that the manager finds something that’s not customer facing.
Gotta say the presentation was astounding!Whoppers wrapped in courtesy paper and in boxes like the old days.I was impressed to say the least, great team in there today too.Thank you!
I specifically asked for freshly made hash browns, but instead, I received a bag filled with greasy ones. It is obvious that they just reheated already cooked hash browns in the deep fryer to save time. The pictures on the bag speak for themselves – the hash browns taste like old oil and are as hard as rocks.
This particular store may be affiliated with [Tom’s], who has closed down several Burger Kings in the Dayton area. The Alliance group, on the other hand, is known for serving much higher quality food, and you can tell the difference because their dining rooms are open. The food at this location is simply disgusting.
When I returned my order, the cashier asked what was wrong with it. I showed her the bag and explained that the hash browns were drenched in grease and tasted burnt. The cashier admitted that they hadn’t filtered or changed the fryers in several days. That explains both the appearance and the taste.
They will probably try to blame it on Covid-19. It’s always the excuse for terrible restaurants to shift the blame for their awful food and poor customer experience onto the virus. Let’s stop attributing bad management to a virus.
