Visited from Texas. The atmosphere and service here is phenomenal! This is quite possibly the best service I have ever had at any restaurant. The atmosphere is so welcoming to everyone, and warm. The employees are very helpful, kind, & seem happy. That energy is contagious! They brought me some warm fries before my order came, & walked around checking to see if anyone wanted more fresh fries while I was eating.

Went through drive thru Feb 4th @ 1:50pm..SHE WAS SO RUDE..You could even hear her sigh and make Comments…She needs to be FIRED!!! ?Boy that brought food out was nice..Not crazy about the idea of them taking your card outta sight..need a mobile reader. Burger Greasy..Fries soggy..worst experience ive ever had at a DAVIDS..SHE NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE ORDERS!!! My receipt and bag was also greasy!!..Expected better from a West L.R Establishment.

So I literally went to davids at 8:30 PM, line was long, and then by the time I get home, I have no meat patty on my burger. Just ruined my Friday night easily and this is one of my go to spots every week. That type of service is crazy… take long and then give me a burger with no meat and I asked for a burger people just playing around up there, laughing and then get my order wrong. Now they’re closed and I’m burger-less. And took my money lol.

Everybody tells me they love David’s Burgers and I have to agree. First time here. My food was delicious. The service was equally great. Everyone had a smile on their faces. We had a grilled chicken sandwich and a double burger. They come around and give you extra fries on the table. They also end your meal with the cutest little ice cream cup. Will be back and I definitely recommend.

Ayesha truly made our first experience here unforgettable. She never stopped smiling and consistently checked in to make sure everyone was okay. Her positivity and attentiveness stood out—some of the staff could really learn from her. She was absolutely fantastic.
My only criticism is that the fries could be less greasy, but overall it was a great experience. Thank you, Ayesha!

We frequent David’s Burgers in Conway and this was our first time eating at this location. Someone opened the door for us, the girl taking orders was competent and made it easy. They gave us plenty of fries at our table while waiting for our food. Our food came out fairly quick and accurate. We were checked our regularly for drink refills and if needed anything additional. After we finished, a staff member took our son to make an ice cream cone and made his day. Every David’s burgers experience is good but this one was exceptional. We got better service than restaurants working for tips. Great job team, great job management, great job David’s Burgers.

Delicious! Many young people working hard to fulfill the requests of customers. Had never been there and was fascinated by their efficiency. As I sat down, I was given tasty fries while waiting to snack on, and next my cheeseburger was delivered very quickly. Yum, and as I ate, I was given a refill of fries and my drink was refreshed. We received a small ice cream to finish our lunch off free of charge. Wonderful service and courtesy from all personnel in a safe, caring environment. David’s specialty is burgers and chicken sandwiches with plenty of fries in a clean, family-oriented environment. Children, parents, and grandparents were eating at David’s. Fun. Keep this good work up!
