Not the first time we’ve gotten the spicy bowl, but this time it was like HALF oil! Absolutely inedible!! We were rushed at the speaker just for the bowl to look this way. Disappointing since the rest of the meal was pretty good.

My husband went through the drive through at 7:43pm (ticket #1662) on 2/6/23 and received the saddest amount of food at any KFC location we’ve ever been to. We got maybe 3/4 of a chicken strip in each bowl and I got maybe 15 kernels of corn in my bowl. This was absolutely not worth the almost $18 we spent. I used to love this KFC, but wow they’ve gone so far down hill.

I’m not sure what was going on when I went there on a not busy at all Wednesday evening but there were Soo many things wrong with my order and the service. I went through the drive thru.
First of all my drink was noted wrong on the order slip, which I was asked twice what it was over the speaker so I can only assume that I was not heard properly, and the girl at the window ended up giving me two for free, which I did not want, and finally got it right the third time. My fries looked like someone tore them in half and smushed them down into the fry carton. I received no dipping sauces, even though I was asked which ones I wanted, so that me says communication is lacking between the order taker and order filler. Not only that, I received two sporks for my food, which I didn’t need because my order didn’t come with slaw, corn, beans etc so what would I need them for? ♀️
Finally I did not get napkins.
When I went back through to complain at the window the manager, the one who took my order, offered to make my order over again, which no I was not trying to get free food or anything, I just wanted somebody to know how lacking they were in certain things. So I did take a fries to replace the half and smushed ones but that’s it. The manager was Very apologetic and very nice so I do appreciate that. She even remembered the sauces that I asked for.

We bought the 12 piece dinner and when we got home we saw that we had nothing but wings and legs! I could have gotten that much cheaper than what we paid. We paid the Cadillac price because it was supposed to have 3 breast 3 leg 3 thighs and 3 wings…very different. My daughter only eats the breast pieces so she had none. If you are going to switch up the order at least ask if that’s okay.

Placed mobile order and when arrived at designated time I was told there was a 10 minute wait on white meat. The food was ordered 20 minutes in ADVANCE. It At least the girl at the register was nice.
